Call me nostalgic, but I miss the days when everything that happened in CN was decided behind closed doors. More and more, I see government members of opposing, and sometimes even allied, alliances publicly bickering and debating policies where all the world can see. If one man has an issue with another man, why does he have to bring that to a public arena, where uninvolved parties can see the dispute, which they have no need to see? Perhaps people no longer realize that the OWF is where you post what you want the whole world to see, rather than where you have heart-to-heart conversations regarding private matters. For example, if you have a dispute with someone in your alliance, or in an alliance that is a treaty partner of your own, you have plenty of other channels for that dispute; it doesn't belong on the OWF. If you disapprove of the political move of an ally, then there's plenty of ways to show that other than letting other alliances see your disunity, particularly if you're a government member of your own alliance. If you think one man in another alliance is a complete and total $@!, or if you feel he has wronged you, take that up with him in private channels before you go to the world's stage for assistance. If you post something negative about someone on the OWF, it should be solely for the purpose of harming the reputation of that person or group.
