The NoV members I'm fighting know what they're doing.
StK is getting a little weird though, what with the crazy I'm going to ZI you forever no matter the RL cost PMs but I think he's just trying to get a reaction
Sucks that the GOONs ghost nuked Strider, still hadn't manage to anarchy him.

The blitz wasn't admittedly not very impressive. A lot of members just couldn't be up for the update, and it wasn't going to get any better until, possibly, the weekend.
However, in less than 24 hours, there have been around 80 declarations from FEAR against GOD, and since we declared we've risen over 50k, and been very successful. I don't think a single FEAR nation has been put in anarchy yet, but we've put several GOD nations into anarchy.

GOD is rocking over 3 wars a nation and we have under 50% of our nations in anarchy. Only 1 large nation in GOD has been put in anarchy without nukes.

Masta, we go way back. We created SRH together. Together, we brought the idea of merging to IDA and CSR and created FEAR. I've rarely had even minor disagreements with you, but you just ended that streak. You assumptions and speculations are not appreciated.
I was pissed at Darth Sexy, but you flipped out worse than I did. Darth Sexy was doing his job.. the minimum requirements, sure. I asked several Directors to step up or step down. Darth Sexy was offended, arguments ensued, Sexy left.

I guess we'll have to make a public statement supporting NpO & Allies in this conflict, since you f00s think all we care about is getting a piece of GOD. Right, but he did have it in his bio, and even if he didn't.. after GOD found out, they refused to consider any diplomatic solutions. In FEAR's history, we've never encountered an alliance so disrespectful and lacking in diplomacy.
From where you're sitting, but I guarantee if you were in our shoes you'd feel exactly how we feel. So you shouldn't be talking.
We aren't taking advantage of the current conflict, it just so happens that the side we support, and the sides with a majority of our allies, is against GOD. We can't make much of an impact helping Illuminati with GOONS, or any of the other big alliances.. so we decided to help fight against an alliance that we know to be !@#$%bags.
We entered the war for many, many reasons.

There's a State of war between ONOS and GOD, activity rates mean jack..
And hey if a nation comes back, or turned out to be saving would you rather he come back to a smoldering nation who's economy is destroyed or 10 days of taxes for a heafty war chest.
Also it doesn't take a lot of resources to expend nations who aren't shooting back. But it could be very costly if they come back unharmed ready to fight.
Whatever, I don't know how war tactics became part of the discussion anyways

When they contain provisions saying that if one of the signatories requests assistance that the other is encouraged (not necessarily obligated) to determine what type of assistance it will lend, they very well can if one of the signatories is willing to provide military assistance.
Also, When you have a MADP that clearly states that an attack on one is by default an attack on the other, depending on the actual text of the MDPs possessed by that second alliance very well can activate.
It's amazing how very little people actually read treaties nowadays. Wording makes all the difference in what the treaty actually does rather than what people assume they do.
Can I get a link to that treaty please?

That was uncalled for, regardless of the situation. Not that I have a problem with swearing(my foul mouth is hard to keep in check sometimes too), but this is a family friendly site, you should think before posting, or at least double check your posts first, as I do everytime(sometimes I swear without knowing it so I always check first when on family friendly sites, lol).
As for Boris, didn't you !@#$%* about the retardation of such chaining together of treaties to justify the entry of some alliances in the past 2 GW's?

A few things:
1. First of all, treaties were only one of the reasons we issued the DoW, and we had a plethora of treaties with clauses that provided adequate cause to become involved. Our MDP with Illuminati was tripped indirectly. You see, TNWO has a MADP with Norden Verein, and that treaty establishes that an attack on one is an attack on the other. At this point, GOD became an enemy of Illuminati do to GOD's choice of war declaration. At that point, we have every right to deploy against such a threat to our allies. Furthermore, we have a ToA with ONOS. ONOS gave us a list of GOD nations that they requested some extra punch to help eliminate. That triggered provisions in that treaty that let FEAR discuss if we would offer aid or not. We opted to do so, obviously. Even if these two treaties hadn't triggered sufficiently, we have a PIAT with GDA and a ToA with Atlantis. We could have taken our pick on what front to deploy on, based on treaties. Our only real limitation was that we would not target TOOL, due to our PIAT with them, and due to the fact that TOOL and FEAR have had a good understanding of each other for quite some time.
2. Secondly, the espionage came into play when we were alerted that there was a person hiding within our ranks who was feeding information to a certain member of GOD. We have seen no evidence to indicate that the information wasn't passed along to the rest of the GOD government, and the reaction by GOD in this thread (as well indications elsewhere leading up to the DoW) has further led to such a conclusion.
3. This has been quite some time in the making. Actions taken by GOD in the last couple of weeks almost sparked a war between us about two weeks or so ago. Attempting to discuss diplomatically with them was like trying waltz with a quadriplegic. Things were halfway settled about two weeks or so ago. I say halfway, because by then we decided that we were going to shut down their embassy and ban their diplomats. Furthermore, there was still a lot of discussion about a war with them. That discussion didn't die or get tabled before this sparked and requests for support came in. This was a conflict that was, in all likelihood, going to happen at some point. The part about all hell breaking loose within the last few days simply fired the bullet.
ToA's have aggression written into them now? I must say it seems as though PIATs and ToA are a better CB then MDP's these days.

.It was an accident and Lord Boris will contact you on Reps (likely full), some of members thought you were the target, but Boris sent a PM to everyone to day that not to attack you or you will get some serious *bleep* kicked out of you. It was just a confusion, Boris told us to attack GOD in the message on CN, but anyone active on the forums would have known that ment Global Order of Darkness.LOL, that's amazing military organization. A PM ingame saying to attack GOD nations. Nicely done.

ODN is an epic meat shield. Taking up GOONS nukes so that NPO doesn't have to. I wouldn't be surprised if NPO said "You take out 500 of GOONS nukes or we won't enter."

I don't think you understand. We never had a problem with GOD until the issue with Kaiser Julius II. It wasn't solved, you guys did what you wanted and ignored our attempts for a diplomatic compromise, and were generally undiplomatic and rude.
No, we sincerely hope NpO & Allies win. Although, we don't necessarily dislike all TUP alliances and their allies. Would we have joined the war if GOD had not royally pissed us off? Probably not, we aren't a major alliance, NpO & Allies are going to win with or without us, but we do support the side we've joined. GOONS exploited our allies, The Illuminati. We believe NpO & Allies to be more honorable, reasonable alliances. We are extremely happy that they are removing GOONS from power.

GOD was well over 1.4 million when the war started, you're down to 1.3.. in the last two days you've lost more like 100k.
We just got to 1.4 million with war buff dipcrap. Hence the total, as we don't really have warbuff anymore.

I'm not denying that we are attacking you in a weakened state. We knew we couldn't take GOD one on one, much less with GOD's MADP with GOONS. Yes, we don't like GOD, but that's GOD's fault. We got along fine with every alliance since in our entire existence, until GOD decided to be !@#$%bags for no apparent reason.. probably because Darth Sexy and Amoshi didn't like us.
GOD was breaking before we declared. We've been watching GOD's total NS drop all day.
Umm, GOD is down 12k NS TOTAL. And that's including the 25k 'ghost'.

We don't care about you stealing members, and we don't care about you, Darth Sexy. You weren't active enough when you were in FEAR, when I said something about it you threw a hissy fit and left. Masta, who left at the same time, was the only one who threatened you and I'm sure you were shaking in your boots, because you know how serious he was. (Sarcasm)
We are going to war for the reasons stated in our DoW. Probably the biggest reason being the KJII incident. That pissed off everyone in FEAR.
I don't want to take this war nuclear. We assume GOD will probably end up going nuclear when you become desperate, but we will not launch nukes first.
Darth Sexy, Amoshi was a much greater loss than you. He actually did stuff, but we're better off without you two.
By the way, FEAR didn't get itself involved on the losing end Great War IV. Score 1 - Us. =P
