yes that why i take offers, my alliance offers good rates on interalliance tech trades, but i'm trying to scrounge up as much money as possible. but i see you are to small to be of much help to me.

nation:Strangelovia ruler: DRSTANGELOVE nation link:nation link I got a warn violation for war slot filling. i'm a bit new at this and i didnt think the system would let me declare war on someone i could not attack. i did attempt to attack the stated country, but the system would not let me attack. i got some error message that i could not attack as the victory chance was too great and his nation was going into anarchy et al. upon finding this and multiple tries to attack i sent a peace offer that went unheeded due to inactivity. i did not want this useless war as it defeats the purpose of tech raiding. while i am grateful for the clearing of a useless war, i would like a reduction or exhonoration. as i did not intentionally fill a slot as to not be attacked. i think my record shows at around the time i declared war on this country i was actively tech raiding several small countries. if i cant get this reduced or purged i would at least like to note a glitch allowing one to declare war on countries that cant be attacked.
