    Since writing announcements at 4 in the morning really isn't my thing, I'll be brief. The Phoenix Federation, friends and once protectors of Veritas Aequitas, has recently been attacked by several aggressors, and we do not look kindly upon that. Therefore, Veritas Aequitas activates Article III of the Moving on Up to the MDoAP side treaty and declares war on Athens, Global Order of Darkness, and \m/ in the defense of The Phoenix Federation. I won't wish our opponents good luck, but I do hope we will have a clean and fair fight.

    Hilarious. You were the person who made the thread to show off about being able to wield your alliance leader power stick over an individual rogue (what other reason is there for it?), so you are in no position to be upset because people are actually taking notice of how you've acted.

    Also, what did you hope to achieve by including a term that banned the rogue from certain alliances?

    I fail to see how keeping on dead topics accomplish anything. Terms were removed, deal with it.

    You still gave him the option between high reps, or medium reps plus a ZI, so the responsibility is still yours for making that one of the options. Considering he currently has 6000 infra, which has a fairly significant rebuild cost, the reps you were previously asking must have been very high for the ZI+$75m to have been a less bad option. It may have been 'chosen', but you gave him a Hobson's choice.

    We didn't say "reps or ZI!". Voldorish proposed it and agreed to it himself.

    Glad to see the indefinite restrictions on which alliances they could join lifted (not that you could have enforced them on most of the alliances listed anyway). I'm a believer that once a situation is resolved, permanent restrictive terms are a bad thing, so it's good to see them removed from the equation.

    Asking for a ZI plus reps does seem a bit extreme, usually one or the other would suffice.

    Considering the zero reps for Kane, and the statement that the reps were for 'spying' not for the attack, is this an indication that roguing against VA is acceptable and will result in a white peace*?

    Once again, the ZI was chosen by Voldorish himself. Our initial demands required higher reps.

    Why not do it in public? What do you have to hide?

    I had a feeling log dumping was being looked down on. Are you now asking us to do such things? After telling us how bad we've been with restricting their movements? Which is it, do things right, or do things that are looked down on?

    And we have nothing to hide. Some individuals might just not like these things on the forums.

    So, since they were doing fairly well in their attacks, I guess I was right in my assumptions that VA is militarily impotent and couldn't handle a couple of rogues, thus deciding to control the situation in other ways.

    I'd like an apology from VA, for obvious reasons.

    An apology for our military might (or lack thereof as some put it)? I'm kinda confused on this one.
