If you actually look at it and think this actually helps people with loads of tech too. True NS dropped and its harder to get nukes for people now, but tech heavy nations now have a much greater advantage in war, seeing as there up against weaker oppnets. people will complain about the ns drop, but what did it really do except make wars fairer. also ns really only affects getting nukes and who you can go to war with. This is also good for newwer nations, they won't end up overbuyying tech causing their ns to get inflated and causing stronger nations to be able to raid them for their newly gotten tech. The tech was like money in RL, it was inflated, and when steps are taken to fix the problem its always an unpopular decision. So give admin a break, its basically just like the soldier update, it looked bad at first to most people, but nothing really changed that much. well good job admine, nice update don't know about the radiation though
