And in America, we like to give a rudeful hand sign to people who get on nerves also. But being the mannerble people we are, we wish not degrade ourselves with such barbaric motives. -
Black Phoenix Empire, allows equal rights but we strictly think that a King or Emperor would do better ruling a country than a Queen or Empress would, and by looking at Girltopia it seems that we were right.
We also condem Girltopia's actions of allowing observes from other countrys into their land and we also condem them for using domestic policies. -
The Flaming Phoenix, burned greatly and as the flames of light vanished the flame of darkness came in it's place. Kachiyuri was awed by this magnificent bird as its eyes glowed blood red and looked into Kachiyuri's eyes and sent his dream self into a spiritual like world.
Kachiyuri looked around, it looked very weird to him unlike the spiritual area he saw the dragon. the Black Phoenix approached Kachiyuri and produce a heavy dark aura that made the whole spiritual area turn pitch black and the only gleam of light was the Black Phoenix's blood red eye's.

Kachiyuri nodded his head, and he returned to the human world. -

He lights the fountain ablaze, as the green glowing pendant is swallowed by the ever growing flames, and as the the flames grew a phoenix image started to form from the flames and turning picth black. -

As they were chanting mystical words and praising a medium size statue of a phoenix, which was also covered in ash a man came though the door and brought down his hood, that man was Emperor James Axel Denel ruler of the Black Phoenix Empire.
"Welcome, my brothers and sisters to the Black Phoenix cult and today we shall bring a new era into the world, by sharing the religion of the Black Phoenix to all and you probably heard of some other cult who praise a dragon. But I bring you a man, who has seen this dragon and here he is!".
A man walked from the shadows, he had a scar on the right side of his face and green looking necklace around his neck, it was Kachiyuri Michuraza former Emperor of TNEOK and Michuraza he just smiled. -

OOC:Sense there seems to be, no RP response from zoot I might as well annexed that land he got from Mark.
IC: After passing through the border, into the Coruscantan land held by ROC the 3rd and 4th armies move into ROC annexed land and started to occupy every city, and it won't be long till it would be under BPE control. -
BPE's 3rd and 4th armies move into the Imperium annexed land of Coruscanta, they pass the border and are put on alert for any surprise attack by ROC
34 AA's are placed with the 3rd and 4th armies to protect them from any air raids,7 artillery units are in movement with the armies and are not set up for ranged attacks yet. -

BPE, will move into the annexed land of former Coruscanta, and keep control of it till the original government is put back into it's rightful place.
As for the main army will assist the others in the ROC mainland.
