Done is Done, we appricate TPF's handling of the matter on there end. in listening and reviewing the evidence. and acting on it in an apropriet manner. I have had the opportunity to work with slayer in the past on matters and its always went smoothly.
This said, how our man handled his end, in the wake of the ooc attacks on him i cant entirely fault him for being a but in a testy frame of mind.. done is done, the matter is dealt with and solved.. no matter how it was brought to light.

In addition, the simple fact that you tacked on the the end of that post a warning to leftists, and not the general populace, shows the true intents behind this war. I was under the impression that the NoV was claiming that this war had nothing to do with ideology?
Actually my statement to the other leftist, was for a specific reason. not due to my personally ideology. but as a point that this was not what this was about. its rather simple if you read it.. stay out of our way we stay out of yours, its a simple reminder to the left, that we are not out to get them specifically. But we will defend ourselves, and we will strike at any one that harms our nations. its not about ideology.
But, you know what. for some members it is, we all know this, left and right. if it was not so, you would not find an lsf member booing, and trying to troll in nearly every thread we make. if it wasnt so you would not find our members in lsf/or other left threads doing much the same.
Theres bad blood,not only for ideological reasons, but for past history that is souly CN related as well. Thats life get used to it,some people are not going to like each other.. you can do the smart thing and simply avoid them,stay out of there way. or you can find yourself in a mess.
its not as if We are universally loved. but we are smart enough to chose friends wisely, and to stand by them. and do our best to stay clear of those who do not like us.
Had the lsf been smart enough to do the same it would not have come to this.

So many items to comment on here. thus far many have been covered.
1. Eotrs, was given surrender terms. voted, and chose to continue fighting for another 4 days. Before running back begging for terms again. the terms were modified ONLY to include other alliances that had been engaged. OUR personal terms were not modified. if you think we were being mean or harse, believe me those terms would have been changed if it had been my choice. after they took four more days of fighting to decide they did want to surrender.
2. once they did surrender they were given time to begin complying with the terms or making some show of compliance. This is the same option we gave all the alliances that surrendered. We know very well war is hard on a nation. those that have made the effort to begin complying, as the Kaiser said. have acted with Honor. a scant few Eotrs nations made the beginnings to decom as required.
our non English speaking friend earlier in the thread, claims he was in bill lock, sitting on 8 days of back collection. but he was able to receive 3 mill in aid from another eotrs nation. but made no effort to pay his bills with it. bill lock is not an valid excuse, there are ways to end that..and lower your daily bills that don't cost you.
NO arrangements were made for even the most token of a rep payment to begin.
and they were contacted by our liaison in multiple formats. letting them know they had better get there act together. not only did they not respond, they made no move to pay there debts.
honestly all it would have taken was a few 3 mill payments to have been kicked out.. hell all it would have taken was a responce to the pm's that were sent to have avoided this.
as war like as we may be, we can be and are diplomatic as well,

i fired three nukes at a target before it ever lost troops. and in the initial two had no troops deployed.

while there may or may not be an issue with the terms, that can be delt with in channels.. i comend you for taking the terms that were offered and bringing this to an end while you still had an allaince..
