A month may be a little too long, but I agree with the whole abandoning peace mode thing, been a boring war to watch

It gives me great pleasure to announce the following treaty "Have no FEAR, CoRE is here"

Both signatories recognize the sovereignty of the other signatory. Neither signatory shall intrude into the other signatory’s sovereignty.
Article II: Friendship
Both signatories agree to not piss each other off, cause y’know, we’re supposed to be friends. If there are disagreements, they will be resolved in a gentlemanly fashion.
Neither party shall condone acts of espionage or any other acts of hostility towards each other.
Article III: Intelligence
Should either signatory receive information regarding the other signatory, they should share it.
Article IV: Defense
If and when CoRE comes under attack, FEAR will give assistance in the form of, but not necessarily limited to, military support.
Should FEAR come under attack, CoRE is encouraged to provide FEAR with support in the form of, but not necessarily limited to, military support.
Article V: Agression
Any agressive acts made by CoRE without FEARs approval or knowledge, shall result in this treaty becoming null and void.
Article VI: Aid & Trade
CoRE shall give FEAR first preference in tech deals.
Both signatories shall help each other in matters of Trade and Aid.
Article VII: Outside treaties
Should CoRE sign any outside treaties with millitary clauses while this protectorate is active, they shall counsel with FEAR beforehand.
Article VIII: Revision and cancellation
Both signatories will review this treaty after 120 days,
If any clause of this treaty was violated, then it may be void immediately.
If either party wishes to cancel before then, 48 hours notice must be given.

Four years ago today, two twin wolves showed up on Planet Bob in the form of the flags of two alliances, belonging to The Fellowship of Elite Allied Republics and Wolfpack, respectively. Today FEAR is proud to celebrate their birthday with their brother from another color sphere, especially since 2 birthday parties means twice the cake and alcohol being served. Not wanting to skimp on the celebrations, FEAR hosted a grand party in their backyard, forgetting that the air on Planet Bob is currently saturated with nuclear fallout. All the radiation in the air had an unexpected affect on FEAR, specifically causing its member count to swell to unseen proportions, which leads me to my next announcement.

FEAR has officially gone above 200 members for the first time in its history, shattering our old record of 153, this is largely thanks to FEARs own dream team of recruiting, Cbray and Turetel, who managed to work their opposite time zones in perfect coordination, to make the best recruiting drive our alliance has ever seen become a reality.
And last but not least, FEAR has also shattered another of its personal records, that of its highest score ever achieved, which was previously 11.82.
As someone who has been with FEAR since the beginning, I can say that I have never been more proud than I have been the last few months, with old members stepping up to the plate to get things done, new members eagerly clamoring to help, and unprecedented growth, I'm confident that next years birthday announcement will top this one

Emboldened by recent political upheavals across the globe, the citizens of FEAR took to the streets this month, demanding a...slight restructuring of the government! As such, the FEAR charter has been amended to shorten the time between elections from never, to every 3 months. So without further ado, this quarters election results are as follows.
