congrats guys. you broke triple digits before anyone else even made it to the doubles. that's actually so horrible that its gone back around to being something to be proud of. like getting in the Guinness book of records for being the worlds fattest man or blowing a BAC >.8 when you get pulled over or being stuck in a room for 7 hours because you forgot the door was a push and not a pull.

When I view his map, I still see the ring strangely enough, I thought it was over 5K that you can't see it any longer, does this only apply to viewing your own map?
Or could this also be affected by your distance from the equator?
i dont see the rings on anyone's maps.

Basically it's every treaty above a NAP ever signed is a NAP. Unless they want it to be something else.

its pretty much established CN treaty 'law' that no mater how long a cancellation period for a treaty is it immediately downgrades to a NAP once notice is given. This way just makes the treaty more flexible.

man, i wish i could go back to not knowing that this thread existed. I mean, yeah, most of those NPO guys are pretty cool but these"Order is inherently right" threads we get every three months or so are majorly annoying even when its them doing it. when its someone else it becomes just plain creepy.
silva probably has printed off copies of all the pacific doorstopers and crudely drawn order flags taped up all over his walls.
