And I heard, as it were, the noise of thunder: One of the four beasts saying: "Come and see." And I saw. And behold, a white horse... And his name, that sat on him, was Death. And Hell followed with him.

This is a war that has been long in the works, a war that fate and men have conspired to cast upon the sorry nations that inhabit this world in uneasy peace and long slumber of giants. Some have predicted it long ago, and some have scorned such predictions, but this final Great War, this war of Judgment, is upon us.

Judgment Day has come.

The World will never be the same after this war. A deep chasm faces the entire world, all nations, a chasm that we struggle over for supremacy even as we struggle with doubts and questions within our hearts. This chasm, should we fall into it, inevitably offers only one outcome: complete dominance of the game by one faction, by one alliance, and ultimately, by one man.

Some would say that it is inevitable, that it is fate or scientific progress that compels this, the gradual and absolute unification of power under a single supermassive sovereign. Is this so? Must this be so?

The majority of CN has taken this view, and consciously or unconsciously advance this fate as it were with their silent obedient consent. As a student of "Francoism," I cannot help but analyze the situation with it's analytical and pragmatic lens.

Every nation that exists act's in it's own self interests, which generally includes survival. In fact, most nations put survival and growth as the top priority. For this reason and other reasons nations join alliances. Francoist theory endorses these centralized authorities in the form of the alliance sovereign, which advances the interests of the individual member-nations. Surrender of a portion of a nation's absolute freedom removes them from the volatile state of nature to pursue it's interests and potential, strengthening all nations individually and collectively.

An absolute sovereign is the ultimate and most extreme expression of the sovereign authority, removing all freedom from the nation to remove all internal conflict and rapidly advance the alliance's collective self interests. The alliance then acts to remove all threats of external conflict.

But what happens when all internal and external conflict is removed in this manner?

The New Pacific Order is an alliance which has succeeded in these goals. What, then, can and will Pacifica do? There is only one outcome, one possibility in this:

Pacifica and her Emperor will apply internal francoist alliance principles to the entirety of CN, i.e., as the dominating power in Cybernations they will begin to treat all conflict within CN as undesirable internal conflict. This is human nature, and this is explainable by the ever expanding self interests of the victor in war.

In other words, the NPO will govern CN as one alliance, with the francoist principle of the absolute sovereign in mind. A man that was once an Emperor will essentially become a God. ALL resistance and independent tendencies will be crushed, because such things introduce internal conflict and the goal of the absolute sovereignty is to eliminate this.

The NPO will govern the world.

Upon first glance this would seem to be a good thing within the context of francoist thought. Not only are nations within an alliance removed from the state of nature, but essentially alliances shall also be forcibly removed from this state of nature. International Anarchy shall cease to exist as Pacifica enforces policy and edicts that are obeyed by every alliance.

Every alliance, and every nation, will be "free to explore their potential" with the cost being freedom and the state of nature absolutely and forcibly removed from them, forever. All will serve the one Emperor, the one bureaucracy, and be indoctrinated to be good model nations of their various "alliances."

The concept of the Sovereign alliance will cease to exist as each pays political tribute to the One true Emperor of the World. Thus, nations will have the image of freedom when they really all serve the same master. A world with no competition in which dissent is stifled absolutely.

By all standards, this will be ruinous to the world. The self interests of every nation are not limited merely to survival, integral to a nation's interests is the ability to choose one's fate, to select for oneself the path one wishes to traverse. The NPO seeks nothing less than to seize this from every alliance and to "forcibly resolve the conflicts of the past age and take the every alliance into a new one. "

This must be stopped at all costs; INTERNATIONAL ANARCHY MUST BE PRESERVED. Too many alliances act in their short term self interests, pledging support to the NPO out of fear or promised rewards. And yet they doom themselves to servitude and surrender of sovereignty to the dominant Pacifica even when they do not desire this status.

Taking actions that always preserve your visible, short term self interests will inevitably lead to the erosion of yours and every other nations and alliances self interests: The destruction of all freedom and the international order of anarchy. Your one most valuable possession, that of choice and mastery of fate, shall be seized from you without your consent purportedly in your self interests. You will no longer define your own self interests, as your new planetary masters shall do so for you.

But all is not lost.

Comrades, I ask for your support in this war. This is the ultimate war for freedom, the last war for freedom, a war of judgment. Granted, the odds are long, the vast majority fight to be slaves, and to doom the world to eternal slavery and the destruction of anarchy. But there is hope as long as all righteous and good nations and alliances put aside their temporary self interests of safety and act for the collective interests of all the world.

This is the Day of Judgment: to die for freedom and reach the heights of humankind, or to live as slaves eternally.

And, perhaps, the slim chance that freedom and anarchy shall prevail. But it is a long and hard road, and every fist is needed.

In the past week, no words have rang out with more truth.

Citizens of Planet Bob,

By now, many of you have heard our name--Vox Populi, the voice of the people. Indeed, we intend to be the voice that has been cowering in the shadows in fear of retribution from the New Pacific Order and her allies of The Continuum. They have branded us as vagabonds, fools, returned retiree's, and a long assortment of other things. Yes, we do not deny any of these. We are indeed rogues--at least in the eyes of our enemies. We are indeed fools as we have stood up against the powers that be. Why you ask? Why do we do the things we do? That is very simple.

We, the members of Vox Populi, will not longer stand for the tyranny imposed upon the world by the powers that be. We will no longer stand for the status quo.

And what greater symbol of that status quo than Pacifica's dominance of the Red Sphere and the Moldavi Doctrine?

I, for one, cannot think of one greater.

Therefore, we the people hereby enact the Rebel Virginia Doctrine. All alliances, big or small, and all peoples of CyberVerse may join the Red Sphere without any fear of expulsion. The only exception to this Doctrine is the New Pacific Order itself.

We of Vox Populi, many of us former Pacificans, have had enough. Pacifica will no longer be granted dominance of the Red Sphere so long we stand and so long we have the strength to bear arms.

To a new age of prosperity we march!
