    Hey ladies,

    Returning to the game after what feels like forever. Some of you may know me under other names such as Shadow King or Cynic (which as soon as the mods get to it will be my name again) some of you don't know me at all. I am pretty experienced when it comes to CN. Played since '08. Been in a few different alliances throughout my time, a few include NPO, NpO, IRON, Non Grata, and theres more. I have held different positions, mostly in Foreign Affairs and Internal Affairs. I have also lead alliances solo and been a part of a Triumvirate. Just wanting to see whats out there nowadays, so lets hear what ya got.

    How would you like to join a new, small,close and friendly alliance? Well N.O.A. is the place for you!!! We still have government jobs to fill. Yes the big alliances are going to offer you money but most of them will tell you how to run your alliance and there you will become just another number on their stats.... in the N.O.A. we have an adopted form of federal government which enables you to become President of the alliance. We hold an election every 4 months for presidency.. So why become a nobody when you can become the head of an alliance???
