i'm not entirely certain. if it does, it recycles occassionally.

i had just completed a foreign aid agreement with an alliance member, not too many days ago. now, i just noticed that CN has flagged it as a potential rules violation, saying that we might be on the same network. i don't understand how that could be, as i'm on a home computer (PC). no wireless connection or anything like that. i can be reasonably certain that the alliance member in question probably doesn't live anywhere near me. is this something i need to worry about? if yes, how do i remedy this problem?

the only computers, besides mine, that i have access to are public computers. if i saw the rules right, i believe that's discouraged. i do share this computer with 3 other people. however, they don't get involved with stuff like this. not really they're version of fun. i'm pretty much the only one with access to this computer that finds stuff like this entertaining, so i doubt anyone else at home messed things up for me. i don't ever remember trying CN before. don't see any reason why i would be banned from the site.

i'm on a computer at home. it's a basic dial-up service.

over the course of the last several days, i've been attempting to register an account on the Cyber Nations site. whenever i try, i keep getting a message saying that i've been banned. honestly, i'm clueless as to why i keep getting this message. i don't ever remember having an account on the site, before, so i don't think i did anything worth a banning. nobody here at home is involved with simulation sites, such as CN, so i have no reason to think that they did anything. can anyone please help me figure this out?
