The Righteous Fist or TRF is dedicated to the establishment of a community of equals, on equal footing, and respect for all. TRF is committed to peaceful co-existence and seeking out friendly relations with all nations of the Verse. And also to contribute in some productive and meaningful way to the entirety of the Verse. The Righteous Fist will fight for those who cannot fight for themselves in the face of injustice, tyranny, and imperialism. TRF stands for the emancipation of thought, action, and deed from the control of hostile regimes, totalitarian states, and imperial ambitions. Our paramount virtue is our dedication to freedom, and our ever vigilant stance to protect this inherent right for all our members. For these ideals The Righteous Fist will always stand in the face of adversity, no matter the cost. Article I: Membership i.) To become a member of The Righteous Fist, applicants must first register on the forum. ii.) After registering on the forum, applicants must complete a brief application and post it once it is completed in the Enlistment section of the forums. iii.) All nations posting an application will also be required to take the following oath to confirm their willingness to uphold the ideals of The Righteous Fist. To be respectful to fellow members and to follow the decisions made by The Council and General Assembly. I will be loyal and in no way compromise TRF or fellow members. I understand that as a member of TRF, I represent the entirety of the alliance and as such will promote the alliance in a positive way to the rest of the Verse. I will not make any statements regarding the policies or ideals of TRF that have not been approved by the GA or Council. I also understand that TRF is a defensive alliance and will not use my nation's military to threaten or initiate hostilities against another nation outside the boundaries laid out by the General Assembly. iv.) All members of TRF are required to set their Alliance Affiliation to The Righteous Fist. v.) TRF is a Green and Black alliance so members must choose between those two colors. vi.) Any member of TRF that is found in violation of the Manifesto is eligible for immediate expulsion from the alliance pending a majority vote from The Council and/or the General Assembly. vii.) The Council as well as the General Assembly reserve the right to deny a nation's application for any reason they deem necessary. In the case that a nation's application for membership to TRF is denied, a formal statement will be issued explaining why that decision has been made. Article II: Inherent Rights of TRF Nations i.) Every nation has the right to live in peace and the right to protect itself from a hostile force. ii.) Every nation has the right to voice their opinion openly and without fear of reprisal. iii.) Every nation has the right to call upon a majority vote of the General Assembly to create a new law or to challenge a preexisting law. As well as to challenge a decision made by the Leadership of The Righteous Fist. iv.) Every nation has the right to call for impeachment hearings against any nation currently holding a Ministry position. Immediately following a call for impeachment, the General Assembly will vote to decide if the reasoning for a hearing is valid. Article III: Leadership A.) The Council i.) The Righteous Fist will be governed by a council of five member representatives. The Council members will consist of the five department heads of TRF elected by the General Assembly. ii.) The Council will deliberate in The Hall of Justice to announce, discuss, and vote upon all issues relative to TRF. Being involved at the highest level of all matters concerning TRF, The Council will act as the most informed and experienced persons to vote on such issues. After The Council has reached a decision, all related private discussion threads will be moved and made public for member viewing. iii.) However, ANY member of The Righteous Fist, at ANY time may challenge a decision made by The Council and put said decision to majority vote of the General Assembly. This vote will determine whether the decision made by The Council is ratified or overturned. iv.) If a challenge is made and a decision reached by the General Assembly, the same issue cannot be challenged again for a period of three months. v.) Once your vote has been casted, there is no changing it. B.) Department Heads i.) Peoples Council on Defense - In charge of organizing The People's Army during any/all TRF conflicts, large or small, including military strategy. This position also appoints commanders for the Revolutionary Squadrons and deals with violations of the Tech/Land/Money Raiding laws as well as any offensive strike against a TRF member. ii.) Peoples Council on Foreign Affairs - In charge of seeking out and maintaining friendly relations with different alliances and TRF allies. This position will also assist in the negotiations with Foreign bodies in dispute. iii.) Peoples Council on Internal Affairs - In charge of making sure the laws/rules of TRF are upheld by each member. Deals with internal TRF conflicts or problems. In the event of a military violation, this position will work with the People's Council on Defense if he/she deems necissary. iv.) Peoples Council on Recruitment - In charge of recruiting new nations to TRF as well as organizing the recruitment team. v.) People Council on Finances - In charge of organizing aid trains, loans, or scholarships for members as well dealing with any tech deal related issues. C.) Terms of Ministry i.) Each department head, without exception, will be elected by popular vote. ii.) The term for each department head will last no longer two months. iii.) No nation may serve more than three consecutive terms in any single Ministry position. Article IV: Tech/Land/Money Raiding i.) No attacking aligned nations of any kind. TRF recognizes a coalition of nations as an alliance once it reaches 3 members. ii.) The unaligned nation being attacked or "None", MUST be a minimum of 5 days inactive. iii.)
