So let me get this right just to make everything clear.
Darkfall attacked Emade of Unified Islamic Nations who at the time had Three members (i love the upgrade CN have made that show how long someone has been with that alliance) and Emade was not a member of Unified Islamic Nations at the time of the attack.
As my image show the number of days each person have been within this Unified Islamic Nations.
So Darkfall attacked someone who then change AA even tho Darkfall send peace this Emade goes with an all out attack on the person who attacked him, becuase peace was sent and refused by Emade when a fellow darkfall member gets attacked others help him. ( i think i have it right so far)
Rightly so people like FFC and who ever are worried about the money they have spent on tech, so they talk to darkfall, Darkfall seening the problems this could cause, tells FFc and others that they will pay all tech that is owed, there for they have nothing to do with this war as there only reason for this war (there tech they paid for) they will get.
But FFC seeing how tech fat Darkfall is think it will be better to go to war with Darkfall.
i have to say how !@#$@#$ sad.
FFC are doing to darkfall what they wish just becuase darkfall are not in a state to protect them selfs.
Such as if I tech raided this person you think FFC would fight or stay out of it

I see. That's an interesting policy, not raiding White. I see why, since raiding White nations just hurts the trade sphere. Maybe we'll implement something like that, but I doubt it, since we only raid 10+ days inactive, leaving us with a limited target pool.

I some times go 18 days inactive, mostly becuase i save and when i sell donations i use that money to pay bills, i think to tech raid your own sphere is very silly imo

TPF is white. TOOL and TPF allow raiding. Dunno about STA, TNWO, and Atlantis. But with TOOL and TPF supporting raiding, there will never be a Revenge Doctrine on White.

STA do not tech raid anyone on White or Red spheres, how ever we do have tech raiders not everyone have the skill to tech raid.
I do not like tech raiding and have to say i would hope one day that there is an end to it.

Tech raiding is it the same as been a bully ?
I would say so, look at what a tech raider is, someone who picks on someone who is unable to defend him self or more importantly someone who will not fight back because of the alliance the bully is from.
I hail NPO and give my gratitude and respect to what they are doing within CN, this is a sure sign of new times, peace and power to NPO.
I hope that other spheres take great pride within there own spheres and stop tech raiding

LEN and i have had words in the past how ever there leadership is made up of nice guys and good people please to but label the alliance, due to one misguided person that happen to been within there alliance for a short time.

28 days? I'd say the amount you gave would not cover longer than that anyway. If someone accepts a monthly trade aid and cancels after a week, then they'd get a visit from Mr Tank. If you want a specific agreement, ask your trade partners to sign a treaty with you first. Or move to a better colour like Green
I have never had problems of that level with trades as 80% of my trades are with friends

I have a question that seem to play on my mind,
Well \M/ has disbanded so has Gen[M]ay, Now if GOONs also disband this would pretty much be the end of the war, but if all three then joined to make one alliance, would the Orders and friends place rules upon the new alliance to what they can and can not do or would they be treated as such a new alliance.
IF this ever happened and they play smart, with making MDAP's with good trusted people they would be almost unstoppable.

Hello everyone
Well i wanted to know if anyone had rules to this, as i know some people pay for trade, me i pay up to 3m for the trade i want, how ever i have not yet been bitten, so i guess i am kind of lucky that way.
What are your views on if someone takes your money then within 28 days stop the trade.
My view on what people should ask for when paying for trade
1) Once trade have been paid for its for life.
2) If a trade is stopped no warning
2a) By the seller, he has to repay the full amount he was given for the trade plus any rep's the stopping of the trade may cause, failing to do so can be counted as an act of war.
2b) By the Buyer, He has no reason to do so how ever if he do then thats his right, no extra money or reps are to be paid
3) If the trade is stooped with 28 days warning
3a) By the seller, once the warning is given the seller have 28 days to repay what he was paid for the trade
3b) The buyer, do not have to give warning
4) If the trade is stopped within 3 months
4a) The seller, it the trade is stopped within 3 months he will need to pay back all the amount given to him plus any reps within 7 days failing to do so will be an act of war.
4b) The buyer can stop the trade as and when he wish.

What if he send tech to someone he owes tech to and not someone getting free tech, how can you tell what one he is doing, also what if he joined an someone such as the NPO as they have posted in this topic, i can not see you getting anything lol, its 3m nothing great just ZI him and forget about it why make a topic

Well i would bet 5 $20 donations to the winner, that of the Orders hit GPA such the likes of FAN, GOONs, \m/, Gold will all come from hiding and fight again.
Just becuase they say they have gone it just means they are in 5 alliances now instead of one, with MK getting most of the \m/ members

Then you should be fine. i am always fine as im a nice guy and love all how ever i ask allot of questions I seem to recall similar things being said about the Legion and FAN, both were annihalated at the hands of the Order's superior military and diplomatic skills. All other alliances who claim to be the Orders equals are just cheap knock offs... Not to say that a few of our allies aren't very awesome themselves.

Legion and Fan did not go one on one with the orders, WUT that had most of the powerful alliances of CN hit FAN and very hard so it was not just down to the orders, also It was not the orders vs Legion it was Orders and friends.
I respect the orders and tbh do not care how people feel about me for doing so, but i have never know the Orders to go one on one with another Great alliance.
This is my point of view only and it is not showing disrespect how ever what i see.
Who the orders would lose vs in one on one (As there are two orders ive also added the two alliances that was taken on by Orders and friends)

I am not saying it would not be a great war but i am sure that the orders will lose if they had went one on one with these alliances.
How ever i do respect the fact the orders did not try to go one on one becuase there was a high chance of them losing to getting people to join in via MDPs and MADPs was and is very smart way to fight a war.

Look at the situation. Back in the day, alliances would set a nice low limit, at around 5 members or so, and often there were limits based on how inactive a person was. Nowadays, if you don't have 50 members, you're not even considered an alliance, and unless you start finding someone to protect you, your new startup alliance will die to techraiding rather quickly.
Don't get me wrong, I have no problems with techraiding itself, I'm just thinking it's going a bit far now. I was able to secure protectorate status for my new alliance (
TPF), but many new players (especially from 'invasion' alliances) do not even know to seek protectorate status, and it's a damn shame that their alliances get killed off by techraiders so fast.Techraiding will always happen the powers within CN change so much, How ever this is what will kill CN off slow, New nations join and before they even get a chance to understand the game there dead.
When you first log on to CN they claim to have 170,000+ Nations i am sure at one time this was true how ever now its close to 30,000 becuase tech raids and the big powers are pushing people out of this game.

First of all a big mistake, i am sure that the GDA would have looked in to this and sorted it out, A war would do nothing but hurt you and leave the GDA with more tech.
Sad day when someone tech raid then it becomes war.
Way to handle this through private channels. Considering GDA completely outnumbers and outguns you, have fun.Just becuase the GDA out numbers them and out guns them it do not give them the right to pick on people, thats what the GOONs and \m/ did and most people hated them.
As per our MDP with GDA through BLEU. Nueva Vida hereby declares our full support to the GDA in their desperate time of need.

How can you use a MDP to enter a war where it was the GDA who attacked first ? i have never understood this, why not just say we want to jump in a war that is clearly all ready over but we want some fun ?

I agree with you all i am saying is that i dont think it will be the GPA who has no choice, it will be the orders, and while i comend the orders on working together, i dont think it will matter GPA has the beat, however i cant honestly say the orders are sure to lose, i will give them their good at what they do
Your right in a way, if the Orders take on GPA on there own with out there friends they will lose and bad, how ever the orders know this thats why they will GET everyone they can to attack.
As big as the GPA are they will not be able to take, NPO, NpO, IRON, GGA, TOP, and others that are very supportive of the Orders.
Something i think everyone needs to keep in mind, it was the GGA that had this OCC attack, (how ever i would not call it an attack from the GPA but more of a lack of judgment from GPA by letting it happen within there IRC and the GPA have taken action)
Now i think everyone should go on there way, the GPA have taken action to sort this problem, no unless there is a real reason such as the Orders planing on taking the GPA out it would be just a GGA vs GPA war where the GGA will get there ass kicked

New Pacific Order, i would like to ask you something, a reply would be very nice.
When did Pacific, pick up where GOONs left of by attacking nations just for voicing there point of view, yes i understand that ever action have a reaction but from what i remember, the New Pacific Order looked down on the GOONs for attacking people with out just cause, only becuase there alliance could not stand up to the GOONS, this was also a big reason why so many people was happy to fight along side the NPO and NpOin the last war.

Even if the NPO and the NpO was one they still would not be as big as the GPA in terms of NS remeber that both NPO and NpO are still armed due to there war with GOONs how ever GPA are not armed to the max not even 50%

Hello Orders
As a member of STA you know as well as me that i have you back (no matter how dam big it is and how hard it might be to cover it lol) but i have somethings that i feel need to be taken in to account for everyone here.
First of all no one has said anyone is going to war with the GPA, so everyone that keep making it out that it is, should take time to read what have been said before they post
I am sure the Orders will do there up most not to go to war, GPA are peace lovers and i am sure they will also do there up most to stay out of war.
Now for my question, Do you think if the orders do take on someone as big and as dam power full as the GPA the whole unjust league will come back to life and keep the last war going? as we all know the \m/ joined MK and GOLD and germany are still out there even if it is hiding and we all know Fan and GOONs are still kicking about.
I just hope this can be sorted out and we can all take a step back to sort this out with out the use of nukes

Well i have never had any love for \m/, how ever i find it sad when people are pushed out of CN, I understand the reasons for this happening and i also understand about beating your foe until they no longer stand.
I wish people would get over the war and move on CN have lost many nations and allot of alliances have gone, i feel this war has cost CN allot more then the pro's and con's would have ever done.
This is just my point of view on things.

My post was questions that seem to have become a statement for that i apology, I have no love lost for Darkfall nor do i care about the out come, it was one persons point of view on the matter, not anything more or anything less.
