You will know when you're going to get you're aid and by who within 1 day of joining the alliance. For rebuilding aid, you are guaranteed 99.99% of the time. The 1 time out of 1,000 is if you decide to tech raid someone. Now, you may be thinking: This is to good to be true! But is it for real? It sounds like there are no rules/guidelines for this alliance. I am here to tell you, it IS true, and there are a few guidelines we follow, but to see them, you HAVE to join us! Hate to bust your bubble, but standard tech deals are $3 million for 100 tech and $1.5 million for 50 tech. No one is going to be sending you $3 mill for only 50 tech.
