Alterego, you paid attention during that last war right? GATO wasn't allowed to enter bloody peace mode, what do you think would have happened if the nuclear arsenal was unleashed?

Thats fairly good run down Walker but 2 and 3 can't be commented on to do with GATO bassicly because no one knows what they are going to be like when the finally come out of NPO viceroyship, so they may already be doing both of those things we just don't know about it, and number 1 is pretty much done, nothing clears out ghosts and inactives like a good curbstomp of a war, anyone who wasn't doing anything for GATO bailed out when they had the chance.

That was pretty much what I was saying Zilla, apologies if it didn't come across, you may be ready to be in war at a moments notice, but having a time to prepare for it makes a difference, and any edge you might be able to get helps, even if it is only survivng just one more day.

Pettiness is like one of the base forms of reasoning used in CN from what I have observed.It is also a point, this is seen as ideas for the future yes? A lot of people seem to be making the assumption that the #3 plan would be like something to be done ASAP and not something that would be well thought out and organised, if it even got past the idea stage at all, as I said I like it as an idea, but I don't know if it would work without an awful lot of backing, and as others have said the lack of tech raiding done by all brown alliances.

I personally like #1 & #2 and have been mulling over bringing it up to my two minions, I mean fellow triumvirs, as we are still formulating our approach to Foreign Affairs.
EDIT:As for #3 its a good noble idea but its execution will be hard, especially because of some alliances continued oppinions of GATO, it would be used to draw them into a pointless war I feel, if they can change that oppinion then it has a chance I guess.

You find it sad that they won't disband?
I find it sad that people don't give GATO more respect for the fact that they have not disbanded, honestly I would like to see any other alliance be put through what GATO has been through and still have a strong memberbase who refuse to give up their identiy and community.
