    [/quote]Umbrella and PC are both in NOIR, which complicates this even further. Also, MK is still connected to C&G via LOST and ODN, and they're also connected to PB via Doomhouse with :(( GOONS :(( and Umbrella.

    No wonder MK would rather not have this war. They'd potentially miss out on it! :P

    It's no secret that meeting people in combat is a good way to make new friends. TOOL did it twice with IRON (UJW) and Brigade (Karma), CCC sorta did it with GOD (WotC), so I suppose this is just another case of it. War does indeed make strange bedfellows.

    On the other hand, I can hear the sounds of palms hitting faces from numerous directions. Not sure how relevant those "numerous directions" are to be honest. Only time will tell.

    If nothing else, I will hail this treaty for making life interesting again. o/ :P

    Regardless of whatever history existed between NEW and DF, though, I can't support NEW's actions here.

    DUBVLINIA - Even though many of the members of Juventus TOOLino are no longer in TOOL, they gelled together when it mattered most to secure a hard-fought 1-0 victory against MK Dons, who were in the group expected to be the favourites. Even captain-manager Jarkko Salomäki was having trouble believing they'd won.

    "They came out quite strong, and I'm rather amazed they didn't score any goals in that first half," said the massive TOOLino skipper, who played at left back. "They kept fluffing their shots for some reason, and the one shot that [Ikaru] Kakou-san stopped was barely a challenge. But they did play pretty well up until about half way through the second half, then we started getting actual decent chances, although a couple folks need to learn to pass more. Still, the pass from GK [Graham Keatley] to Dodo was pure class."

    The big Uralican was a factor in the push forward, making two key interceptions, including one that led to the eventual goal, after the left back whipped a pass across to doeroler, who cleverly back-heeled it to Keatley, who in turn made a nice chip onto the left foot of his striker and best friend Dodoei123 who flicked it up and volleyed it past James_I.

    "Yeah, you could say I put my two bits in," Jarkko said. "But while it took a team effort, Dodo, Graham, and doeroler really were the biggest impact players."

    TOOLino's next outing is against White City, who lost 2-1 against Verde e Brancos.

    Another thing I thought of - my proudest moment in RP was getting to the semifinals of the 2009 FIFOB Alliance Cup before losing to the eventual winner. (o/ Botha \o)

    Hassling Graham enough to drop that stupid-ass mandatory 50-CM rule from TOOL (which I never followed due to its sheer stupidity), and subsequently getting around 3000 CMs decommed within two days. Seriously, I had over half the alliance thanking me for it. :P (Those were the people that actually bleedin' listened to me.)

    (Also, getting TOOL to finally sign a treaty with CCC, naming treaties for three alliances, and having my signature on the ZIPP are up there for me. :P)
