    Well, I still feel this system will be difficult for a small nation, the current system is also so. This, at least, makes it more difficult to achieve the top tier status.

    Voted No because it gives too great a disadvantage to small nations, I put off joining CN RP in fear I would get squashed. I don't wish to convey that fear onto to others.

    Also, I agree with using dates for planes, and not eras.

    [b]Hello and welcome to a special edition of An Aeroken Articulation. Tonight, we have Joe Johnson with a military update. Over to you Joe.[/b]

    [i]The camera focuses onto Joe and a screen featuring naval vessels to his right.[/i]
    [b]Recently our country contracted a local defense company, IKY Inc., to construct 30 naval vessels for the Aeroken Navy. Recently, 18 of these vessels are now finished. We've been attempting to speak with the government about the navy but have not yet received a response. Although it seems the Naval vessels aren't Aerok's biggest concern. The government has recently released the information that our nation is now armed with nuclear warheads, these missiles had been constructed, planned and developed by the Aeroken Ministry of Defense under the WMD Initiative. Along with these, EMPs, Chemical warheads and various other weaponry were made. Despite this obvious increase of power, our government has pledged to only use these weapons if threatened or if absolutely necessary. And to elaborate more on this is President Nawoh.

We brought along some transport vehicles for you men just incase.[/b] [i]Eoj points to the humvees behind his own.[/i] [b]All of our vehicles have built in heating devices capable of warming the air up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit, so I believe you'll be quite warm. Once your men and equipment are loaded, we'll head back to the capital and get you some nice cozy beds.[/b]

    [i]An Aeroken convoy drives up to the men. The President, Eoj Nawoh, exits his vehicle, and with flier in hand approaches the General and calls out[/i][b]General! I can assure you that Aerok is a politically stable country and our people have everything they may need. Although, I'm sure the public officials and civil servants wouldn't mind the extra pay.[/b][i] Eoj chuckles.[/i][b]So I'm glad the international world cares about us, and oh we'd be happy to give you a heater if you plan to stay. Although we'd like to have our national identity, and be your friends![/b]

    [i]Eoj starts to get a little chilly so he returns to his vehicle, and speaks through the open window.[/i] [b]Oh and thanks for the paper, it'll help run some of our heaters, and don't touch our seals, their fat is an excellent source of heat![/b]

This new television network, known as An Aeroken Articulation, features a stunning new anchorman and his amazing staff. Ha! Folks, welcome! My name is Dick Davison, and I'm here to inform you of the wonderful news of a wonderful country. And with me is my co-anchor, the lovely Miss Alice Anderson, weather is Wilson Wadson, sports is Chuck Chadley and politics and international events with Joe Johnson. So welcome to our new shoooow!     [i]The shot quickly changes over to a young man, obviously made up to look like a geek. He looks towards the camera and says[/i] [b]Thanks Dick!     [i]The Camera now shows two desks adjacent to each other, one with a portrait of athletes in motion, the other showing a LED map of the world. Chuck appears to be a middle aged man, but well aged and well dressed. Joe is quite young but matches the rest of the crew.[/i]

    [b]Well thank you Alice! So with sports today, we've seen some good games the last few days. From curling to football, our nation has been entertained by it all! Currently, the Luoes Leopards are in first place in the league for soccer/American Football and rugby. Tune in tomorrow for even more news! Over to you Joe!

    Thanks Chuck, as many of you have witnessed, Aerok has shown an increased amount of military and political stability in the last few weeks, contracts with local industry have brought the nation's military levels to 488,632 soldiers and 4,886 tanks with even more planned! We've increased our air force strength to 720 aircraft and naval strength. Our nation is currently one looking for a neutral position until it fines allies and a more stable place in the world. Well that's all for today! Now back to Dick.

    If you're looking for like no maintenance and just the bare minimum, I would say InvisionFree and Zetaboards are your best bet. They aren't your own host, or anything but they allow you to create forums.

    But if you want good things you have to do things to get them, I found this out the hard way and went to bros :D
