Edit to expand: You dropped Polar like a hot cake, having had an MDP with them since God-knows-when, once they looked like being drawn into a war, and now you claim 'honour' and 'treaty obligations' when GGA (who started this whole thing) get hit by a nobody alliance you can deal with.

Only, neither side is 'right.' Both sides have a huge amount of corruption.
And really, it's a good thing, because wars are never won the way Hollywood shows them. Really, I'm so thankful there is no 'good' side to pull such stupid Hollywood tactics and swiftly lose their war.
I do, however, expect Vox Populi to put on a good show in the drama department, so don't disappoint me. I do love a good show.
heh lots of people think the 'good' side is the side that honours their treaties even when the odds are completely against them and march forward to battle, and I know I'm not the only one who thinks the 'bad' side is the side that uses a crap CB just to get at a few ex-Atlantis they have a problem with.

GGA and Valhalla declared on Hyperion. Yes GR is a protector of Hyperion. This gives them the right to come to Hyperion's aid if they choose. However it is THIER protectorate, not BLEU's or NpO's.
NpO has the OPTION to aggress along side GR.
Why do people assume that every alliance is bound by their allies treaties, and allies, allies treaties and so on?
I'm sorry but If I sign an MDP with you, I am not obliged to protect your treaty partners or protectorates.. as I have no say in who you sign a treaty with. The truth is: if NpO wants to come into this war, it will be their OPTION. If everyone had to act upon a treaty of their ally, a quick glance at the MDP web would mean there can and will be no more wars. Nobody is drawing anyone in. I'm afraid you are just wrong.
NPO was of course NOTIFIED of this war.. not as much "consulted". I can completely assure you that NPO did not instigate, plan or maneuver GGA and Valhalla into this war. Of course we notified our allies.
This war has NOTHING to do with NpO.
If we wished to go to war with NPO we would have declared on NpO.
It is humorous though to watch people who have no idea what they are talking about try to stab in the dark with conspiracy theories.

I don't get your logic.
An attack on Hyperion is a direct attack on GR, who have an MDoAP with Polaris. If Polaris honoured that pact they'd come in to defend GR, they would not be the agressors. That's how I see this situation.

Why would two Hyperion nations looking for a tech dealer pick Chickenzilla's re-roll out of all the new nations in CN to be their tech seller? When his nation is in peace mode and just created? Is there a current deal between Mushroom Kingdom and Hyperion for tech selling or a recent history of frequent deals between the alliances? Because that seems like the only way the story could even hint at some truthfulness from the losing end.
Hasn't Polar demanded several times throughout their wars that members of an alliance are held accountable for the ations of a few? Show me how this isn't the same situation, different alliances. When a member or members of an alliance messes up, the alliance pays for it. Hyperion was on thin ice to begin with - maybe they should have been a little more careful with their actions.
And do you really think that Chickenzilla is going to tell the world that members of Hyperion knew it was him after he was caught or knowing he could be caught? There are some members out there that I would give the benefit of the doubt to considering their previous track records. CZ isn't one of them.
If you are trying to tell me that the leadership of GGA and Valhalla have a low IQ, I guess that would make Polar retarded?
