You may have been attacked at the time. If you are attacked and you lose all of your defending soldiers or tanks, they come home.

He could have cookies in the browser from cybernations, he may have been banned before. If that is the case, delete your cookies from Cybernations.net. To get to cookies in firefox, its Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Show Cookies, scroll down, and delete.

If you WiFi network had other people playing, it could have been seen as multis. But, you cannot appeal in-game actions anyway, so this thread really has no point.
