Um, ok, but my main interest right now is building up my nation and I can't see how that is possible to do in a reasonable amount of time without foreign aid. I am willing to pass any test or wait for a length of time (albeit ot too long) Whatever alliance helps build up my nation I vow to stay loyal to them and help build up their smaller nations. I am not going to just take and then run off to the next alliance like some parasite.
