As of the time I am posting this we have 100+ members and are at 1.3mil NS. We have great relations with other alliances and have many great allies. We are currently looking for more members and there is a sign up bonus as of April 24 going on. Info on how to join will follow the text from are constitution below.
Joining BDC
BDC Applicants:
1. Your team must currently reside on the black team or be willing to migrate to the black team.
2. Your nation must not be currently engaged in any wars.
3. You must be registered on our forums at BDC-Alliance.com using the same username you have for CN.

Thats basically all. When applying feel free to wear "BDC applicant" as your alliance. You will not have to take any tests to become a member but activity in the alliance will move you from L1SEC to L2 in no time and to higher ranks over time.
