imho, IRC = OOC, whether or not ppl use it to RP. banning from IRC is an enitrely different affair and should not be decided in-game. alliance forums, have also it seems been deemed OOC property and therefore banning of an INDIVIDUAL is acceptable.
What is up for discussion here is simply that PZI as appied to rerolls is wrong as an in-game policy.

I like this proposal. Perma-ZI takes the game to an OOC level. It is one thing to say that a NATION will be destroyed time and time again, it is quite another to say that any nation a PLAYER has should be. Its a tantamount banning of the player being ZIed if it applies to rerolls. If said player has actually caused issues in CN, then the admin in all his greatness shall no doubt ban.

How can you forbid access to PUBLIC channels? Seems to defeat the very purpose of them being public. Seems that a nation can be ZIed simply for submitting a typo when they wish to get to an IRC channel.

Tonight they disband the alliance. While the former leadership of CIS is under the illusion that disbanding will prevent them from facing the consequences of their actions we are most certainly not. Disbanding is not a get-out-of-jail free card; it will not protect members of CIS from being attacked. Once again, leaders have fled, leaving their members to pay the price.
Seems a bit unfair, where is the evidence that the former CIS general membership knew anything of this? I'd say ZI the leaders and all others implicated.

How is the president elected?
Majority vote in a poll of the membership. We decided that going heavily into details wasn't that necessary as we didnt want a cumbersome charter. AoW prefers flexibility in government so that we may react quickly to any circumstances that arise.

It's been a while, but the move to TOOL was a favor to an old friend. I've finally set out with some others to AoW. I'll try and remember to top by sometime when I do the rounds channels.
