I'm trying to send out aid to other nations. In the Offer Foreign Aid screen, I see the following message: "That nation has too many active foreign aid agreements at this time. Please wait until these agreements expire before attempting to send aid."
Thing is, I only have one aid transaction pending (currently). There is nothing else in my aid screen, no current aid, no expired aid, just the one pending.
Help? Thanks!

I didn't know him, but it sounds like he was one of the good guys. I suppor the ideal of a memorial for lost members and I support adding him to it.
Also, my condolences to his friends and family.

With regards to Damons post, I can confirm that this is all true. I was Vice President during his presidency and I was made acting president when he left. Personaly, I left FINAL because Nightshade pulled the AE treaty without consulting me at all. That and the bicking and offensive nature of a few other select persons.

The spying that AE is referring to was done by a member of FINAL who, while he was out of place, sent a PM in what he thought was the best interest for the alliance. The PM had no private information within it and was nothing but a simple request.
As for the current govt being the "corrupt" government, that's funny.
Aaaaactually, it was private information (and inaccurate at that). It was not sensitive information however. And the punishment was expulsion from FINAL, which I was told was pardoned by the .gov after I resigned and left.

The Federation of Independent Nations Aligned for Liberty would like to make it clear that Aqua is maor secks than orange link. As such, we announce that FINAL is switching to the Aqua team. We are also announcing our resignation from the Yellow Unity Treaty.
Our friends in Atlantic Empire have shown us how beautiful of a place the Aqua team can be, with its bountiful trades and refreshing aqua color. We would like to continue our friendship with the Atlantic Empire and strengthen it over time. As such, we feel that it will be most beneficial for FINAL to move to the Aqua team.
We have already started our move and hope to have the majority of our nations on the Aqua team within two days.
