    Bottom line, all nations can only receive one nuke every day. Doesn't matter who the nukes come from.

    But, why? Also, when did admin add this feature? =/

    I mean, why can my opponent launch a nuke on me, but I can't on him? It can't be because of the soldiers thing, because even without an army, it still does tech, infra and land damage, which makes it a great attack option.

    September 1991 would be the start of First Grade for me. Was in a Private Jewish school. Got apples every day, My teachers always made fun of my last name. :(

    I liked that school. In 2nd grade, I discovered two things. Unlocked Lockers and stuff in said lockers. I am happy I was never caught...>_>

    Also, my favorite animal was the Phoenix! :D

    I was under the impression they all stack up. Or even if resource and bonus' are considered separate, it would still add up in another way.

    So why is it that if I used the Cybernations resource calculator, and added up the percentages to get the lowest navy purchase cost, I get 27.3% instead of the 30% expected or if I did maximum Soldier Efficiency, I get 63.9% instead of the expected 53%. Can someone please explain that to me?
