As the co writer of this treaty, and the specific author of that line, for this exact reason.
I knew at least one person was going to know what I was referencing right away and have to go all the way back to get the full effect of the treaty.
For those of you that don't know, haha you're out of the loop.

As an aside, GO is still under the protection of Fark. I won't speak for the other alliances involved, but I will assume they're still protecting GO until they make an announcement stating otherwise.
