The names in this circle and myself are PM'ing other nations to try and get this completed. You sat there for 3 days and did nothing to help yours get completed. I honestly did think I posted on yours to say I was making my own, but that's not important now.

Find a nation whose resources you like (either from `Advanced Search` at the bottom of your nation screen or from a nation you've already found) and at the top of their nation screen there's a blue link named `Trade` click that and an offer will be sent to them. If you send it to a nation of the same colour as yours, you will get a +1 happiness bonus.

You can change your ISP as many times as you like. So long as no-one else logs onto www.cybernations.net from your computer or network.

Have you ever signed-on using a public computer (school, work, library etc.)? Or maybe at a friend's house and now they play?

I don't believe it affects anything, apart from as you say, the ability to buy `things`.

Set it at whichever makes the most money from your citizens. As Call Me stated, it's Avg. Individual Income Taxes Paid Per Day which is important. That's the money you make from taxes.

You cannot switch colours mid-trade and recieve your bonus again. You need to cancel your trades and resend.
