    Greeting Citizens of Planet Bob.

    It is my pleasure today to officially Announce the Existence of Terra Prime

    We are a purple team alliance, Even though we only have 3 members at the moment and don't have a full government at the moment; We WILL stand Tall, Grow and prosper.

    With that said here is our charter.

    Charter of Terra Prime

    Preamble:

    We the sovereign nations of Terra Prime (hereafter TP),

    Join together to establish this charter,

    Which shall serve to promote common defense and national sovereignty.

    Application for Membership:

    1. Nations Applying for membership into TP shall not

    A. Be in a state of war.

    B. Be a member of another alliance.

    C. Be on another alliance Perma ZI or ZI list.

    2. Nations Applying for membership into TP must

    A. Change their in-game AA to Terra Prime.

    B. Register on TP’s forums and follow the instructions set forth HERE?. (Forum names must match in-game ruler names)

    Membership:

    1. All nations will be asked to sit a test and pass to receive Full membership within TP.

    2. All nations that are granted full membership within TP are requested to change their team color to purple, although not necessary.

    3. All nations within TP will be encouraged to vote for the approved purple senator.

    4. Any nation wishing to leave TP can do so providing they post in the requested resignation thread on the forums and remove Terra Prime from their in-game AA.

    Leadership and Government:

    1. Emperor - Leader of TP, The Emperor is the supreme ruler of TP and his word is final. The Emperor may not at any time be removed from leadership; the only way for the Emperor to be replaced is for the Emperor to appoint a successor.

    2. Regent - Second in command, The Regent will be asked to stand in the place of the emperor under extreme circumstances. The regent otherwise has to seek approval from the emperor to sign/break treaties or declare war.

    3. Field Marshall - The Field Marshall will be responsible for all TP’s military.

    4. Chancellor - The Chancellor will be responsible for presenting treaties for consideration and approval, maintaining and forming relations with other alliances and overseeing TP’s embassies.

    5. Overseer - The Overseer will be responsible for all internal affairs within TP including Trade and recruitment.

    6. Treasurer - The Treasurer will be responsible for allocation of all aid assignments within TP, Banking nations and co-coordinating reparations incoming or outing.

    7. Special OP’s - The Special OP's will be responsible for security of TP and to find out all the goss throughout planet bob.

    War:

    1. An attack on any nation of TP will be classed as an attack on the entire alliance and will be treated as such.

    2. TP will defend her nations with every resource available.

    3. TP will honor all treaties unless said treaties conflict then TP will remain neutral.

    4. With regards to nuclear weapons, TP will only develop nuclear weapons for defensive purposes only; unless deemed necessary by the Emperor.

    Miscellaneous:

    1. Amendments may be made to this charter as deemed necessary by the Emperor.

    2. In the Event of a coup/hostile takeover this charter and Terra Prime as a whole will become void and defunct.
