As little jac still lacks the balls to do do stuff unlike me, I shall ignore the above with a high level of scorn and contempt - the high level it deserves.

Moving on, Teets, still up for it? As you challenged me I believe the rules of a duel dictate I get to chose the weapons, time and place?

Hit me up on IRC and we can talk about it (ooc: i'm going out of town again tomorrow and won't be back for a bit, but we can arrange a time to have some fun.)

SpoiL,

As Hydra is an indedendant and soverign entity does exactly as you say I have a request of you?

When you deem it is time I can be introduced to this millstone of an ally I would like my dance card to be marked for the first 3 dances - can you fix that for me?

M6

EDIT - curse my substandard teachers as regards to spelling.

My very first response to you was an offer for a duel. If you really prefer 3v1 I'm sure we can manage, but 1v1 is fine with me.

Young Master Teets,

I actually think Hydra has not completed its surrender terms with japanese cartoon alliance because it gives you a get out clause in case of war, "we are still under terms are are fearful a half cat half asian school girl might come for us".

That aside, Hydra is sovereign - if it wanted to it could fight, (not for a moment I expect it wants to).

Also your nation is soveriegn, if you had the conviction of your words you would be fighting.

It has long been established you do not need any treaty to fight.

At the request of my friends I am sitting out, they are sovereign as well and if they want me to sit out, I will.

Sorry Teets,

I bypassed your reply as my research is more focused on the rank and file of Hydra. I feel your government spiels only the party line of "we ignored our treaty because we were told to".

I am trying to discover if your membership is as cowardly as your government.

Saying I want to get involved =/= getting involved.

You're right, it doesn't mean the same thing. It means that I would have liked to been involved, but as per the request NSO made we agreed to stand down. If our membership disagreed with our government in not only this situation, but in any situation, we like to hear about it. We encourage our members to speak up if they disagree, and since I've not heard anybody complain with our decision I can only assume that they agree with us. Had they disagreed we'd have heard something. You can be sure though, that Hydra will be there for NSO after the war for any and all assistance we can provide.

M6.... your still doing this stuff? You should grow up buddy! I dont know what you have against Hydra but they are great people, and some of my best friends in this game. SO when you mess with them your messing with me. So i please ask you to put your pety differences aside and leave Hydra alone! Also d3filed, not only is Hydra worthy of this topic, but i think we should make another one to praise them.

M6, they requested us to stay out of the war. That's why we're not in the war. Personally I would have loved to had gone to war for them, but they asked us to sit this one out. (OOC: I was also out of town last week anyway and would have missed the beginning)

We're still sanctioned, you're still not. Haters gonna hate.

Is there going to be a gag order for posts like these too? Or is Legion past that now?

Hydra has recently elected a new senate, we would like to welcome returning senators TCTriangle and Sexysauce to their positions, and welcome Kn1nJa to his first term as a senator, with Lord Hershey as our junior senator. With that, our current government is as follows.

Jacapo Saladin - Imperator
Joshsname - Minister of Defense
Sniper620 - Minister of Finance
Lord Bludd - Minister of Recruitment
Projek - Toddler of Internal Affairs
Mr. Teets - Minister of Foreign Affairs
Senate:
Sexysauce
TCTriangle
Kn1nJa

With our new senate, we voted to cancel our PIAT with Invicta. Reasons were given in private and we wish Invicta the best of luck in the future.

The two decided that their friendship would never end. However, if for some reason this treaty had to be ended, they would give the other 72 Hours notice before ending it.
We'd also like to announce that our forums are down right now, for uncertain reasons. Hopefully they'll come back soon.

How is that even relevant? I'm saying that someone who loves freedoms so much should recognize our right to exist. I'm not saying that that isn't freedom of speech. And then you have the nerve to tell me it's not complicated when you can't wrap your brain around a simple statement?
How is that irrelevant? He's using his freedom of speech to give his opinion. Just as you have a right to exist anyway.

Let's close an otherwise wretched chapter of having you try to ruin our alliance from the inside, and move on to trying to ruin each other from the outside!
I didn't realize tR was only something that MOON was a part of. FnKa had as much say in what went on during their stay at tR as MOON did, if you disagreed that doesn't mean they were trying to ruin things, just run things differently.

How many toilets a day does Jac actually clean?

On the days he's more cranky it is usually upwards from 20

I give it another page or two before purplol drama develops. :awesome:

Congrats until then.

Purplol drama has been something we are trying to avoid <_<

It was one year ago today that the alliances of Terra Prime, Tempest, and New Purple Power joined together to make Hydra. Overall, this has been a relatively uneventful year for Hydra. With the exception of the past few months, the only other thing we have had to deal with was a change in the government structure.

Many of our founding fathers are no longer with us, which is usually cause for alarm internally about the strength of the core of the alliance. But in their departure, we have found new people to step up and take their place. Hydra is a young alliance, and I know that with our current membership, and the great allies we have, Hydra will continue to grow.

But it is the recent months that have been eventful for Hydra. Hydra has had its first taste of war. First in being able to fight for our friends in NSO against R&R, then to help defend our friends in Olympus against The International. After the war came departure from PEACE, and the loss of our treaty with Valhalla. But in all this, we have found new friends, and remained close to those we have always called friends. Those in SNAFU, OFLC, Invicta, NSO, and Olympus, and now FEAR, NATO, and NAC. We have some of the greatest friends and allies that any could ask for, and I am proud to be their allies.

I know I speak for the membership of Hydra when I offer the biggest thank you to our founding fathers. To those who have left and those who have stayed. Without them, Hydra wouldn't be here today. And to our older allies who have stood by us through thick and thin, and to our new allies who hopefully will do the same.

We also realized during the Iron Curtain announcement, that there are a lot of people out there who don't know us. So in celebration of our one year, I'll be open to answering questions about s either on here or on IRC.

o/ Hydra!

Party in #hydra ALL DAY LONG
