    Ok, I have decided to start a complete alliance list. Every alliance in the game above 30 members will eventually be here. If you have an alliance that isn't part of the list, post its name and info and it will be added. Also Mods can you pin this topic ?

    Preamble

    We, the members of the Order of Unified Nations, hereby create this document to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of the sovereign nations of our Order, a formal Multi-Team alliance that embraces and supports world peace. We join together in the spirit of friendship in order to provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and sustain the bonds of justice which unite us all.

    Article I. General Membership and Assembly

    Application to the Order of Unified Nations,shall be determined by the President, who may reject any application within three (3) days of the initial petition for membership.

    All members of the Order of Unified Nations are bound by this Charter. OUN membership is open to all. Members may not simultaneously belong to other alliances, except upon individual approval by the President.

    Article II. Government

    The President is the head of state and government. He shall preside over all. He serves in the best interests of the organization as the chief government representative of the people.

    There will be 1 Vice President, hand-picked by the President himself. There dity is to assist the President , and if he is temporarily unable to do his duties , they will take over OUN.

    The Minister of Defense shall perform all necessary functions to ensure the security and defense of the Order of Unified Nations.He/She may elect up to 2 deputys.

    The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall represent the diplomatic hand of the Order of Unified Nations . The Minister shall negotiate treaties and agreements, establish embassies, work towards cease-fires, secure peace and assistance, and perform all necessary functions to maintain appropriate foreign policy.He/She may elect up to 2 deputys.

    The Minister of Domestic Affairs shall oversee all internal affairs and institutions of the Order of Unified Nations. The Minister shall supervise trade, the acceptance or denial of new applicants, media productions, membership assistance, and perform all necessary functions to maintain appropriate internal policy.He/She may elect up to 2 deputys.

    The Minister of Finance shall maintain the financial assets of the Order of Unified Nations . The Minister shall administer aid and loans and perform all necessary functions to maintain appropriate financial status.He/She may elect 1 deputy.

    Article II. Team Senate

    Article III. War

    Section I. Alliance-wide War

    The Order of Unified Nations will not commit unprovoked acts of aggression and shall only commit to war in response to acts of aggression, real or threatened, or the financial facilitation thereof, against the Order of Unified Nations, or her allies.

    In the event of such acts of violence, the Minister of Defense shall move for a declaration of war by presenting all necessary reasoning and recorded events to the President and Vice Presidents for review. Upon appropriate review, the President and Vice Presidents shall make there decision in no more than 3 days.

    Section II. All other military action

    A. The Ministry of Defense may conduct military action against any nation or alliance that commits acts of violence or the financial facilitation of violence against members of the Order of Unified Nations or her allies. The President may order the cessation of any military action conducted under this subsection.

    B. The Minister of Defense may conduct military action against nations that have not committed acts of violence or the financial facilitation of violence only with consent of the President.

    C. Military action may only be used against member nations to fulfill lawfully-imposed court sentences, in direct response to unauthorized attacks on OUN or her allies, or to prevent the loss of assets.

    Article VI. High Court

    The High Court will be run by the President and the Vice Presidents.They may order an expulsion as they see fit.
