OOC: That's the point. My Character is breaking down at the thought of a cessation of the Reich. He has worked for years to reunify the Fatherland. He can't take this. Therefore he feels the need to eradicate all of those that have brought harm to his work. A nuclear strike is a great way to ensure this.

OOC: I am Marten's ally. However, my aim has always been to reunify the Nordic lands. And I am attacking the Danish Revolutionaries becuase they are attempting a cessation.

The DRS Anfanz deployed with Nikanor onboard. The Anfanz was the most sophisticated ship of it's time, equipped with everythng necessary to project power ashore.
The DRS Ripetz launched a nuclear tipped Anzanz Missile at a city Northwest of the new Danish capital.
"I regret to inform you Martens that I have desecrated the Fatherland with man's pitiful attempts at destruction. The fallout will go to the ocean. However, three more cities will suffer the same fate unless they surrender the land back to us. If they do not do this, the capital will fall by the Peacemaker."

Nikanor, sad about the recent attempts on his life was disillusioned on the current issue with Denmark. He wrote to Martens the nest day.
"Mein fruend, I must say that this recent cessation of land from the reich is unacceptable by my government, and myself more importantly. We will begin full scale attacks on centers of resistance starting at 2000 +5 Romeo Time this evening. Not a single resistance fighter will be spared. We have taken so long to unify our people. This outbreak, this will not be tolerated. However sad I may be to the see Fatherland be warred on, we must take notice of the cause it occurs for. Unification of the Nordic peoples."
Upon sending of this letter, Nikanor ordered the cancellation of unarmed helicopter flights over the Danish Isles. He informed the Dresdanian 6th Fleet to prepare for conflict, and Nikanor himself prepared by dressing himself in his flightsuit. He would once again be fighting for unification of his people.

Nikanor ordered a helicopter to leave the flightdeck of the DRS Saxony to patrol the streets from an overhead position.

Nikanor slammed his fist upon his desk, and stared his Generals in the eye.
"This will be put down. We have worked too hard to let something like this happen."

Dresdanian Government Executes 46 people in Response to today's bombings of Tauberg
Earlier today the city of Tauberg, the Capital city of Dresden, was rocked by eleven massive truck bombs. The bombs inflicted very serious damage on the outskirts of the Governmental Palace, and the walls that surround the old conference building. These bombings sent the Dresdanian Military into Defense Condition 2 and shut down all access to the city and the city of Cinigrad. Three Senetors and a high ranking General in the Luftwaffe were killed by the blasts, but other than that no casualties have been reported. Minister of Security Heinz Reichkov made a statement concerning the bombings earlier today.
"The Bombings targeted both the Capital's Palace, and the old conference building built in the early 20th century. The direct people responsible were killed by the bombs, as they were driving the trucks. This has been confirmed by security camera images reviewed after the blasts. However, we have reason to believe the Cartoux Political Party was behind the attacks. The extreme left wing party has been blasting the current government for weeks now. They hae been threatening to made good on their talks of the destruction of the Reich and the construction of a Socialist government. Our government has allowed a Socialist Party and now they do this? We have lost several good men today becuase of this. The leaders are being hunted and they will be dealt with as soon as they are found."
The Cartoux Party's headquarters was stormed today by three teams of elite counter-terrorist groups. Four Cartoux Security gaurds were killed in the storming of the building. 48 people were arrested following the incursion, however on the way to the Governmental Square two attempted escape but were killed when they fell from the cars taking them to Volk Square. The remaining 46 immidiately claimed the attacks as response to the "incapable" government's annexation of land to a foreign nation. The 46 people were executed one by one at 2145 by soldiers of the Homeland Defense brigade. The bodies are currently being displayed in the Square as a reminder to people what happens when the Dresdanian Government is targeted.
Sir Nikanor made a statement concerning the executions.
"This government has not killed a single person in times of peace for over thirty years. I feel bad being the man who had to make this decision once more. However, these men tried to destroy the government that has given our people peace and comfort for over one hundred years. I will not let a group of left wing radicalists destroy what has rightfully kept us safe. We will not falter, we will not fail. We will overcoime, and we will succeed in our efforts to reunite our people and drive out those that bring us harm."

Please do not refer to me as that. And my reasons for leaving are extremely complicated. However, let it be known that there are no bad relations between the NoV and I. I left on great terms and we all still keep in contact with each other.Why'd you leave NoV Nikkie?

Though no new fotos from the front lines can be found of Dresden's new Super Tank, the Frieden IXVA Panther IV can be seen here on display for a pre-war propoganda picture.
These Super Heavy Tanks are currently being used to destroy military installations in Bosnia. Civilians are staying out of harms way according to front line news reports. This is good news for Dresdanian High Kommand.

Vladimir Nikanor was on transport to Berlin when the halftrack he was in was flipped over. He was partially wounded in the left arm by the incident, but was not dazed enough to be able to wound two gaurds before attempting escape via the top of the halftrack. He stumbled onto the pavement, and looked around. He saw nothing. Suddendly, out of the bushes, several armed guards charged at him, and hit him to the ground.
"We are soldiers of the Danish Resistance. The leader wants you dead, and so do we. But he wanted to talk to you first, so you're coming with us," they said.
Nikanor was too dazed to understand what they were talking about, and stricken with grief, he passed out.
2 Hours Later...
Vladimir awoke to find himself strapped to a pole in the middle of a courtyard. PEople on the uppers tiers of the building that surrounded him cried out in joy and shot bullets into the air. He was shocked that the people he once looked so closely after were planning to kill him.
"So this is the way the Fatherland dies."
He cried out to them, and yelled in anger at the man in front of him with a gun.
"You, not me, are responsible for the death of these great lands. You know nothing of what will come. The sun will shine brightly upon us, incinerating us with it's eradicating cleaniness. You will not live 6 hours upon my death. May that stay with you."
