  1. “Suppressing Fire, suppressing fire,†the Radioman screamed into the mouth piece. Even so he could hardly be heard over the roar of guns “we need urgent support fire-support†the Radioman stop shouting for a moment “Sir, the gun are due in for a moment “Sir, the gun are due in 5, 4, 3, 2……..â€

Victor von Bamberg could not hear the operator say one over the roar of the guns. And then just as they had started, they stopped. There was no more noice

    “Charge†He called

The sea of pale green that was the German East Africa Defense Force charged forward into the British ranks. The valiant first line was mowed down by the more heavily armed British. Men were squirming in ways that make one sick in the stomach. Limbs that had been wrenched off by cannon or macine gun fire lay limply on the ground. Then the 3rd Motorised Dragoons came through. They punched a small hole near the side of a building. Then the battle was over. Half of the dragoons turned around and charged right through the side of the British. The rest went forward and demounted. Then the Huxleys rolled in. By the end of the hour, 500 prisioners had been taken, and 2000 British dead. The British had been held out of Bakavu. The majority of the BEF had withdrawn via Kenya, but being the greedy pigs they are, thay had launched raids on Bakavu and Bujumbara. They hadn't attacked Mwanza because that could be considered a direct attack on German soil. They had Planned on getting the ctiies too.

"Mayer" he called "The Brits will be trying again. This time lets see if we can keep them out of the City."

"Yes, sir. I shall organise the Askari specialists at once and see about the artillery placing."

    "Indeed, it did little before"

  2. Berlin

The President and secretaries walked through the hall of the Reichstag to the special room where the Cabinet meets. The minute the sound-proof wall close he yells

"How did this happen. We agreed to a simple clean up war with the Belgians. Now I got Commies, British and a man from a Country I never heard of banging on my door asking me what the hell is going on???"

"Sir" the Secretary of War interjected "This mission...."

"Oh stop calling it a mission. It's a war" The President exclaimed

"This war is of vital importance to our colonies. If the natives see one nation get it's independance, they'll start rebelling"

"But is it worth the thousands of live that may be lost. I'm only waiting for a Decleartion of War from the British, and mabye the Communist nation that seems to think that it has any bearing. Now I hear that they are bringing in troops from Australia and New Zealand. Where can we pull troops from?"

"New Guinea or mabye New Danzig" The secretary of the Interior said

"I was thinking about Kluckland" The Secretary of Agriculture stated. "The plantations are getting under more control, and the natives more civil"

    "Tsingtao" the President muttered

    "Sorry, Sir"

The only place we can draw them from is Tsingtao. The Australians could invade New Guinea at a moments notice and Kluckland and New Danzig are far too new"

"Then Tsingtao it is. Inform the local commander of the Tsingtao Fort" The Secretary of War said to a courier"

  3. The Government of The Greater Koenigsberg Republik announces it intention to annex the majority of the former nation of Somalia and Ethiopia as shown in the following map drawn up by our best Cartographers with Koenigsbergan Territory in Red.

  4. The news from the lakes was not good. Bujumbura, their main supply depot back in East Africa, had only just been held. Three store houses full of ammunition had gone up in flames. A shipload of guns and ammunition had come into the colony from Lake Victoria and had been intercepted by natives. Berlin only just managed to restrain himself. The Governor was a calling for support. He had replyed bluntly to that. After he had landed the fighting had become a lot harder. At least the British could be seen in the woods. A rebel would sneak into camp every now and then and pick off a soldier or two before he was seen. And the Askari were getting restless. They either wanted to go after the rebels for hours or shoot all the officers in camp and join the rebels cause. Natives are beyond me. None the less town of Lisala was over 10 days march behind us. We would be progressing faster but the wet season was coming soon and on some of the more trustworthy Askarii's advice we left most of the trucks and cars behind us. They were to continue along the coast to help relieve the pressure on shipping. So far they had managed to get to Fizi with minimal causalties, but we havn't heard from their signal division in days.

Earlier this morning the supply plane flew over and dropped their cargo. Most of it was food. Thats when we heard the crash. At that point one of the planes came down. At that point a scrabled message came from the formost units. Then I could see one coming a massive tank coming straight for the My command division. The soldier next to me bent to his knee, pulled out a little tube, took aim and fired. That's why we brought the bazookas. Unfortunatley we weren't the only one targeted. The 6th divisional tank was smashed up by the it had stopped one of them. I heard another one being blown up on the other side of the column. The division next to him was also attacked. Then they stopped.

"It's obvious in hind sight that no-one had driven them.' He told he Mechanical Officer "The way thay went straight forward. Not dodging missiles that were easy to avoid." After he told the non-commisioned officers that they were camping there for the night, he took a look in one.

"Duct tape. They had used it to tape the controls into one position. And even though they had British markings on them, the British still had enough soldiers to support such a bold move. However if it were native, then the assissins would have struck by now." he said as he heard the first scream.

  5. What the combined efforts of the Natives, British and Belgians had done to the port city of Banana was not pretty. In a ditch effort the most eastern of the British division had tried to break their way out to the only port. Their efforts only brought blood and sweat. From several miles out the Schutztruppe (Colonial troopers) could see this, and in see their future. What Colonel Max Berlin thought of the situation no-one wanted to know. Most people knew that he had served in the East Africa Rebellion. And everyone could see the metal leg that he now needed because of a faulty shell that had gone off just near him. Those days had not been bright for the Republik. But now troops could be brought from Tsingtao to Banana in a less than a week, with few daring to block their way.

By the time the Task Force had got to shore the Belgians' lines had skeleton crews of machine guns at wire fences. They were dug in to hold the town, if it had killed them. It nearly did. The 3rd Division had been espically chosen for the landing. Each squadron had roughly one or two mobile heavy machine guns. Each regiment was backed up by a 4-89 Huxley light Tank. The KTF was the equavilent of a Hot iron rod. It broke the through the front lines of the British and ran amock though the reserves. The 5th, alreay taken over to the planned route that the 3rd would force the British down. There the majority of the British 4th, 8th and 13th, according to a few banners found afterwards, were broken and killed.

Commander Berlin was commanding the 32nd squadron around the mine field to the south of the Field of Battle as a Light Attack Buggy came up with a man dressed in the redcoat of the British Army.

"Sir, we got the Duke of Wellington" the seargent said.

  11. From the minute the First and Second Colonial Battalions of the Koenigsberg Republik came to port in the Congo, the Commander knew that there was going to be blood, diamonds and moneybehind most of the fighting. Yet the President had chosen his stance. The Congo was Belgiums, and it was not going to be lost to some naitives. Even on their march they had lost 12 men to sniper who then disappeared into the endless forests. This was not going to be easy. This would not be won in a single battle. That only meant that they would have to win many battles.
