    While Im waiting to delete I thought I would post about this.

    The only thing I find annoying about the MDP are the alliances who are happy to "honour" them when they will be on the winning side but tear them up when they will be on the losing side. Large alliances are signing loads of treaties and keeping or shredding the them depending on their perceived outcome of each war. It doesn't matter who is in the wrong only the potential outcome of the war matters when these alliances make that decision.

    EDIT: Having said that if an alliance screws up in a big way the remaining honourable thing to do is release its treaty partners from their sworn duties. Having your friends destroyed along side you is very unfair and alliances should have an option in their treaties to cover things like this.

    It seems to already be the case, but I'd just like to ask that Grämlins, ex-Grämlins and bystanders (that means you Zico ;)) remember that the bad guys in this instance are FnF. Not the previous Grämlin government, not the current one, not MegaVolt or Sophia. So let's all play nice please :).

    Sorry guys last one. You are right as usual Bob and I guess I forgot that during this thread. I apologize for trolling and any personal attacks I made against people in this thread and wish you guys in Gramlins a speedy recovery.

    You're telling us to not act like we knew FnF were multis all along (which is fair to ask, although we aren't doing that) while at the same time taking credit for saving the NPO from FnF going nuclear rogue on them, when it was in fact all brought about by an enormous error in judgment on your part. You screwed up and saved that day. You could have screwed up and not saved that day, so you deserve credit for that. But you still screwed up. You were duped. As were many. But some people weren't, and you mock us for that. It's ridiculous.

    If you are the kind of person who will condemn a 70+ nation alliance because your spidey sense is tingling Gramlins are better off without you. You have proved to people you will leave your alliance if you don't get your way, take pleasure seeing them in an awkward position and try to push the issue and get them into further difficulty. You say you do all this because they didn't listen to you, I feel sorry for the guys in Fark who will have to deal with your tantrums and the mess you are making for them now. I suppose if they (Fark) tell you to stop trolling you will pack your bags and troll them too.

    They (Gramlins) get the credit for being diplomatic, giving the benefit of the doubt and acting when they knew that the allegations were more than just allegations. They did save NPO from taking nukes and it wasn't an error of judgment, you are just fuming because they didn't do it to your timetable. That is why you are pushing this issue, you want the credit and you want to see them pay for not dancing to your tune. In effect you hate them for being a good alliance with a good government, not a scared alliance who makes knee jerk reactions based on the suspicions of a couple of angry spiteful alliance members.

    You seem angry this was caught. If it was me and I suspected multis I would be happy that I had been proved right. You sound like you were hoping they get into trouble over this. Can you be that spiteful?

    Yes, it was approved of almost unanimously. This is why I'm saying it was a major failure. You all turned a blind eye to this possible problem. People even now are ridiculing me for suggesting you should have acted on the "non-evidence". Well there was some evidence. Very compelling two of us thought. And we were right weren't we? Obviously there's something to be said for not blindly following "hard facts" and thinking through some things more thoroughly.

    I'm sorry if I've insulted you here. But I've been insulted so many times by the Gr�mlins, I'm sure a big, nuke-laden, experienced alliance can take an insult or two.

    Yes, its the oldest trick in the book. 5 guys running 70 alliances...c'mon Gramlins why didn't you see it coming?

    Satisfactorily? I don't recall being satisfied. I recall leaving the alliance actually... Hindsight sure is 20/20, but that doesn't excuse blindness at the time.

    Not everyone in the Gr�mlins was fooled by this. I can think of two people, no longer members (one of them in government at the time, the other myself) that were vehemently opposed to this merger with the (albeit circumstantial) evidence of FnF being multis being a major factor. The arguments were either dismissed, ridiculed or ignored, and the evidence initially suppressed. One former member of government even said to me that if they were multis he wouldn't care. Among other things (such as the horrible failure of an apparently meritocratic government in ignoring an obvious problem with FnF) the Gr�mlins sacrificed so much of their standards with this it's sickening.

    Congratulations on coming to your senses guys. I hope you continue to prosper and have learned a valuable lesson from this.

    I'm sure we won't be holding our breath for an apology though.

    Not a good time to sling the mud dude, i remember being told what Tumin and the two others had done in BAPS and how angry and annoyed I felt. I sympathize with you guys(Gramlins) and hope you don't lose your trust in your fellow man over this.

    There have been 4 huge wars, wars classed as Great Wars or World Wars. But there are always tiny wars going on.

    The Continuum, Bleu, GPA, Superfriends, Illuminati, BAPS, NATO, NADC, FAN, Sparta, Big Biz, MK, LoSS, STA and a whole bunch more. The last 2 months would qualify as a great war (the number of alliances fighting) if they weren't all separate incidents. I was thinking more of the number of alliances fighting and wondering if it was unusual over a non-Great War 2 month period. It just seems like alot to me, but like I said I am only 9 months in the game.

    The ability to get other people to give you what you want and make them think it was their idea all the time. They didnt let me out much in BAPS :(
