the UPN never gave me a fair trial, they live by the sword they will die by it.
basically, the upners conducted terroist attacks againist what was a great nation.
they supplied false alligations againist me as their reason to attack me.
generally, any UPN nation in CN would be frowned upon because they are associated with the uncivilized barbarians of the UPN.

Casshern, no HALO refused to stand up to purple so I refuse to click buttons to give you tech.

Currently, if anyone wants tech they will have to send 182,000.
My nation has gone bankrupt from the purple attacks. However, once bills are paid tech can easily be sent. I should be able to pay them on my own in a few days BUT you can speed that process up with minor donations. I will leave the game once tech is shipped off and wars stop.

NPO nations who are also associated with the purple side, you must explain to me in a PM who RV is and his great accomplishments, or encourage your alliance to not allighn with the Purples.

My nation, once being in the top 15%, has been accused of some sort of conspiracy without a trial or anything of a civilized nature. Because of these injustices againist my nation, no purple nation can recieve this free tech.
I prefer red team members for tech, in particular those associated with RV.

Aide will work like this:
Upon entering the alliance, a nation recieves 3 million in 30 weeks.
When all aide is recieved that nation is locked in the alliance, and if he or she leaves they are subject to war unless they pay the money back.
If the nation is joining is accepting responsibility of the alliance they will be aided 9 million. They must take a job and do that job well. 9 million will be paid over a period of 30 weeks.
