The kings who are in anarchy? The leaders of Misfits, RE, and D1 who are getting embarrassed?
There are no kings in that sphere. There are no leaders. There is no guidance only cowardice.
You said I would have no nukes by this time. As of this morning I had 9. What is the maximum? 10?
I lost two today. I did not want to nuke misfits or roman empire, but you stood in my way of Defcon one.
The misfit leader was the 4th ranked player in the world. Now he's dropped to 40. Seeing as I have successfully destroyed D1 this vulture will now go on to feast on a bigger animal. Vulture Capital will now change its approach from targeting D1 to now targeting high value targets.

All of my enemies are now in anarchy.
Phase One of Vulture Capital is coming to a spectacular end. Phase Two will commence shortly and the initial public offering will be a month or two before round end. During this public offering period, folks will once again have the ability to join Vulture Capital II. VC 1 has successfully purged the game of it's weakness and the vultures will come back soon! This is not the conclusion of Vulture Capital, only the beginning. After wars have expired stats will be posted on the damage caused to RE, Misfits, and Defcon 1. The key fundamentals of the company are defying all expectations and are forward leaning. This has been more successful that I or anyone else had ever hoped for.
Vulture Capital thanks Roman Empire and Misfits for the opportunity to indulge. I also want to thank Cowboy of D1, for having a good but weak spirit, and Defcon 1. Vulture Capital Project II will focus on OP, RE, D1, or Misfits. We will decide who is larger and attack before everyone purges at end round.
Again, there are still 7 nukes in my arsenal and they will be pointed toward the largest targets. I will push for 9 nukes tonight and hopefully successfully fire 2 again tomorrow to keep the arsenal at 7. The next war update and the status of Vulture Capital 1 will be posted Monday.

Today, the second highest ranking government member of Defcon 1 (Wasso) was caught breaking the multi rule. Both of his nations have not been deleted, only one. It seems D1 would rather commit suicide than fight me. An alliance whose leaders are cowards is a lost cause.

OP, afraid of actually fighting in the war, has intervened by ordering sanctions on my nation. This not only annoyed me, but also disrupted a perfectly happy trade circle. The land of trump is now forced to crap uranium instead of importing it. The slaves taken from Texas are now subject to hard labor... and this guy wants to build an academy to teach others how to squander away their future.

I already declared on everyone I wanted to declare on at Defcon 1. Anarchy serves no purpose now. I guess my spies will miss the boost from Communism but that's it. If anything, I appreciate being in anarchy as now I can deploy 100% of my troops to continue to suck the soul out of D1.
It's pathetic you had to call your unannounced allies in from RE and Misfits to handle ONE rogue. It's a testament to Defcon's weakness, an alliance unable to handle a rogue by itself.

Vulture Capital hereby declares its existence and war on D1. At vulture capital, we kill the already dead. It is one thing to beat an enemy in battle but it is another to break his will to fight. As a vulture, you are expected to suck the soul out of your enemy, by all means possible.
For a limited time only, any member of devil dogs can join vulture capital as a founding father and principle member. You will be given instant officer status for your part in successfully killing Defcon 1. At vulture capital, you are no longer restrained to a leash. You are not only supported in conducting "dirty" spy ops and blockades, you are commanded to use every aspect of war in TE.
Vulture Capital has successfully incited government propaganda for every government leader of Defcon one plus some. We appreciate the hard work done by DD in placing the enemy in anarchy & winning the battle but the fun is in making sure D1 cannot get back up. There is still a soul and a will to get back up at D1, for the war to be won the job must be finished. We are vultures. Will you join us!? There is lots of tech and strength to knock off of D1, temporary membership is allowed and you can return to your maiden ship - wherever that may be.
Members from other alliances who have successfully demonstrated military success will be considered for officer status at VC.

I could see it easily turning into a tech raid. MERCs are experienced but RE and Misfits are legendary.

I was responsible for bringing peace between RE and UN and was rewarded me by being kicking out out of the alliance, thanks to extortion tactics used by OE. What Sam failed to mention is that they only gave UN peace if they kicked me out. She claimed that I said I was going to nuke her for the entire round when I can't even message SamWise because she blocked me from our war affair that happened 5 years ago. OE should be condemned for bullying and extorting an alliance a fraction of their size. Such bullying tactics should be banned and frowned upon in the game. OE has tried to dress me as a bully but never have I demanded any of their members to quit the game and I'm unsure of how I could nuke them the entire round with only 4 nukes I had to start the war.
There is good reason why Samwise failed to mention the harsh conditions surrounding peace between OE and UN, I suppose I would be embarrassed too for making repugnant demands. Samwise should show wisdom and allow me to be w/the fam. I gave OE a great opportunity to steal tech, land, and gain xp - they should let me stay in UN.

Citadel completely rolled Krabz and I owned Krabz Elizabeth, don't spout lies about my destruction when I took out everyone in your cabinet at end round. You guys took advantage mid round but when the dust settled I was ranked higher than every single nation in your pitiful alliance.

I wasn't trying to blame you Wiley just explaining the situation. Honestly, OE should have been nuked more. I had 4 and strong spy resistence, they were extremely lucky to knock off 3 of my nukes and 2 of Bernies. They should have eaten 6 nukes but only ate 1. Next round we will do a better job of starting the whole alliance out with nukes early and hidden nuke silos.

If you had any reading comprehension skills you would understand that MERCs was going to declare war on you too. At the last minute, they backed out after we had already declared on you. After we realized MERCs backed out we sought peace. You guys decided to down declare and take advantage of the situation. Basically, we were attacked from you and RE. Mercs was suppose to attack you and RE but they backed out and only went with RE.

No, I started with 6 mil and ended with 10 mil. That's 1 million from the loser you mentioned and 3 million from my other 5 krabz wars. At end round, I had more nukes than your entire alliance and I had nuked you guys more than you had nuked the entire round. Thanks to me, every single one of your government officials were in anarchy and irrelevant at end round - including yourself. That was a driving factor in Krabz deciding to quit the game, they were tired of serving as my farmhands.

MERCs was suppose to hit you and RE. Only a handful of MERCs nations even declared. MERCs then changes the target to only RE after we had declared on OE. Due to an administration error on MERCs end, I sent peace offers. You guys did not accept peace offers and then ganged up 4 to 1 on me. So I nuked Sam Wise and congratulations to us as we have the most destructive war now.
If need be, I can re-roll and once again obtain nukes within 7 days. I could just troll your alliance until the end of round by re-rolling and nuking your members all the time.
It doesn't really matter what you do. If this persists much longer, I will just sell all tech and delete soliders so you will not benefit at all. Then I can re-roll and make sure to be a thorn in your side. It would be beneficial to both sides to come to peace. You should not fight with someone who has nothing to lose because you will not gain from it.
By the way, I am the reason Krabz does not exist anymore. That guy with the huge war chest? After the war I had over 10,000,000 from stealing his money in GAs and I had more tech. At the end round, I completely annihilated Krabz by myself.

This is completely ridiculous. I don't care about XP I want to nuke people. I have never cared about XP but you mods have deleted my war and now I can't nuke. Let me war AND turn off XP. You get what you want and I get what I want, also reactivate my war with blackbear.

Beware guys, the mods are making war tough.
I declared war on Black Bear. Hit him with the little missiles, the planes, and ground attacks. Was met by his forces on an update attack. I was waiting to attack again today after I hit him with the big missile but the mods deleted our war and I'm pretty unimpressed as I'm left with the effects of a blockade.
Has anyone else experienced overmoderation?

Ha you have help from 6 other people and 4 alliances yet you can't manage a rogue. Your alliance must be embarrassed that you're their leader.
How was that number 4 ranking? You're not finishing anywhere near the top now. Devildogs will take the 1-5 ranking.
