    The CNAU (CyberNations Alliance Union)

    An "Alliance" that basically acts and is like the United Nations. Alliances come to talk and discuss new ideas, events, etc. This can be a forum on the OWF or an actual player created alliance. If this has already been created, or people consider this idea as the open world forum, please politely say "This has already been created" there is no need to be immature and the making of snide comments.

    If this has not been created. The conversations would take place like the IRC or Instant Messenger which delegates from a designated alliance discuss whatever needs to be discussed. If alliances signed up to be in it, they would have the benefit of mutual defense from all the alliances in the CNAU. Offhand I do not know much about the policies of the UN but I'm sure we could figure it out.

    Like above please don't flame and act mature.

    Edit: This might be like the Continuum or something like that. But the option of joining, would be available to all alliances from ALL backgrounds.

    You really can't go wrong with either a Stock Market or Social Security System as your first choice. With this choice it always come down to how much money your willing to save up. Just off the top of my head: 40 million vs. 30 million? With my nation I bought the Social Security System first. Stock Market second. Then depending where you're at usually people buy the Interstate System once you're at 4999.99 infrastructure to help with the jump. Since I got attacked and that took down my infra level quite a bit, I'm going to wait to buy that. And instead buy the Disaster Relief Agency. So hope that helps you for the next couple of months.

    Infrastructure is something you can always fall back on for making teh cash moniez. And I forget but I think around 2k or so do you start to get 1m income but not profit. But like others have said the best way to achieve money quickly as a "noobie", is to get the right resources than tech trade like there's no tomorrow. Netting you mils of profit for only about 3 aid slots with MM or 1 aid slot with waiting every 10 days.

    My "average gross income per individual per day" has dropped from around $360 to $180. I am involved in the current GPA vs. Everyone war and am in anarchy. So do you think once I come out of anarchy those levels will rise to my previous pre-war income?

    edit: I have just now switched out of anarchy. only raised me $3 :/. So now my guess is I have to end the war before it climbs to pre-war levels. Other factors are I've dropped from 450 tech to 346 tech. and from around 4.6k infra to 4.2k. I used to make around 6m with 2-3m in taxes. No events have expired, that was the first thing I checked. Only other thing, is that my soldier count is around maybe a little below 30%.

    The point is you do spend about 80% of your income on infra, it's not like you buy nukes everyday. Or tech by those means. And to purchase improvements you have to buy INFRA. That's pretty much the only way older nations grow, other than wonders once a month or a very constrained amount of tech with at max 6 FA slots. And at the level nations at around 4999 infra can make a fair amount of money per day, you can purchase an IS fairly quickly. It's more for short term rather than long term especially for the 5000 infra jump

    I can answer your second question since I'm not sure what you're asking in the first :P.

    If you want the VERY best planes the requirements for the F22-Raptor in the fighter class and the Tupolev Tu-160 in the bomber class. You have to have 1000 infrastructure and 500 technology to purchase them both. But to see all of this can go to the military section under Nation Transactions. Then click on aircraft. Then you'll have to columns one says Fighter Aircraft and Bomber Aircraft then you can click on the bubble next to the names of the aircraft.
