    So Rapture's been having a problem with a particular nation. I don't really like to get violent, but at this point we have no other viable option. I could explain the whole situation, but I think these logs do an extremely good job of it.

    I like King Pot's the best, but I've got to say, use the black, and on the last on, move stuff around a bit. I think the boat needs to be at the bottom.

    And Silent's are awesome as well. I agree with the people who suggest having it come up randomly.

    I don't really know how the program you're using works, nut perhaps you could put them on circles of some darker point line? It'd still not be great for new bloc members, but it'd be better, and it'd still maintain the visual unity of blocs

    Both. Everyone is biased. These biases are influenced largely by environment, which in CN is the alliance. You have to combine what someone is saying with where they are coming from to get an accurate picture.

    This is true. On the other hand, it's not such a huge thing. more important is:

    Both. Usually when you see one person troll, you think hes just a troll...Then if you connect a few people under the same AA, you see a shared opinion.

    Alliances form reputations. No doubt about that.

    Most important (imo) is phrasing and context. If a person starts something with "I think..." or similar, then I automatically assume that what that person is saying is solely or primarily the speakers opinion, whereas anything starting with a "we" is assumed to be the alliance's policy (unless the "we" clearly refers to some other group)

    Context is important as well. If I were to post "TTK is an awesome alliance that anyone should be proud to be a part of" in a thread about patriotism, that would clearly be my opinion, whereas if I said it in a thread about recruitment, it would appear to be alliance policy. (Side note: being awesome actually is TTK policy. Talking about our awesomeness is me being me.)

    So yeah, it depends on a lot of things. I voted both.

    Still congrats. And I'm very disappointed that Ian isn't in the FA department. Though Kern can handle it, he's not as much for the Gonzo diplomacy. I like Gonzo Diplomacy.

    Nice charter except for one thing: The Viceroy section is titled as "Visitor", which I don't think is quite correct.
