Members down, NS up, Members down, NS up <___<
Your ghosts are dying and your members are growing up - look at TOOL a yearish ago
Damn, we've come a long way...
-
Good gain by TOOL
Thanks Zoom, we have another one on the go as well
-
I like this treaty, you guys go go go go, oh wait you already did [/nonsense]
-
An alliance on the up, newly sanctioned and growing stronger by the day. You would be a fool not to consider TOOL.

Nation: Willems Nation
Ruler: Willem
Style: +3
Alliance: The Order of Light

After the success of the first FIFOB cup, Willems Nation hopes to get further than the last 16 this time around.

Around 1200, we had a huge upswell in people join us just to fight which put us up around 1500. Whichever number you wanna take.
Was just wondering by how far you were going to overtake us

This thread makes me happy. Oh, and nobody ever comes 'round my forums.
Thy can't find them
Not TOOL's forums
-
Wait, we're going backward.... Is that even possible?
Obviously it is, I never noticed you were in Legion. I just looked at your bike and assumed Polaris
-
Be seeing you in a few days GOD
How many did you have before the war and terms? Was it ~1500?
-
haha nice job, I was expecting it to be a bit lame.
-
I would join this alliance if I wasn't already in an alliance
-
I got kicked out of the rouge alliance for being jaune

121 nations * 25 nukes = 3025
We're only at 76% of our potential nuke count
How embarrassing for you. Better get on that
-
Too bad we'll never be able to recreate the amazing success of our last nuclear rearmament at around this time a year ago.
(dated Feb. 20 2008)
Rok have gained a couple of nukes since then
-
Anyone know how often the "Display all Alliances" page updates, cos if sanction race was updated right after that, a lot of time could be saved :v
-
Yay, TOOL now has 1000 nukes
-
I'd rather not. TOOL is doing fairly well the way it is.
Our ANS isn't terrible to be honest. It's not amazing but it's up with most in the sanction race
-
Ditto.
ALSO: How did we lose .01 score? Seriously. Did we lose a small nation/ghost only worth that much?
We did indeed. Seriously.
-
You've come a long way from the alliance our academy counter-declared war on. A rocky start to a rock solid finish -congratulations on acheiving a sanction, it's well deserved!
We're not finished yet
Thanks for all the positive comments everyone and I'm glad I can finally fly our flag in game

It must be an optical illusion, but the pip appears to be narrower on the right side.
Think it is. It looked straight on dark forums

Hawkislava 2-2 Willems nation (2-3 AET)
Hawkislava '14 '56
Willems nation '50 '60 '100
A brace from Nick Walker-Roberts and an extra time winner from substitute James Brijin put Willem's Nation through to the final eight of the competition. Coming up against similar rated opposition, Hawkislava, was definitely a test for the national side.
Going into the break at 1-0 down put the pressure on Michael Banter's half time team talk, but with just 5 minutes of the second half passed, the most exciting 10 minutes of the game would start. Binto Finto played Nick Walker-Roberts through and with his pace he was away for a one on one which he cooly finished. Hawkislava responded with a goal of their own, benefiting from a Gravesly slip courtesy of the now wearing pitch deep into the January/February competition.
Willem's Nation pulled level quickly with another Walker-Roberts goal, this time finishing off a beautiful move involving Chamachachi, Chuckie and Bro's brilliant build up play. The final half an hour was a nervy affair with both teams holding strong and giving up no decent chances.
In extra time, Michael Banter made some whole-sale changes, bringing Garn, Brijin and Gandalf on for Finto, Chuckie and Walker-Roberts who seemed to be suffering from cramp. This seemed to spark some more life into the team. Hampshire pair Garn and Gandalf controlled the centre of midfield and in the 100th minute the pressure turned into a corner. Bro whipped it in from the left hand side for Brijin to pull off an amazing volley from the edge of the penalty box.
Michael Banter said he was pleased with the way his team played and is looking forward to moving forward to the next stage.

This treaty? It makes me really hungry, can I taste it?
-
Fine, I call Willems Nations uhh...
* Arcadian refers to guide
substituting, timewasting, injury-prone, and the rest.
So I take it my team equalised in the stoppage time
Also I find it funny that it was 3-3 in extra time. Would have been a right ol' good match to watch, lucky Andrew Walker-Roberts took goal in the penalty shoot out. He was rumoured to be injured pre-match. He pulled of two mighty fine saves as well
