I love offering the chance for little men to feel bigger by beating up on something. Gives me a feel for people volunteering to serve in Iraq.
And before you say anything, I was a US Army paratrooper until 2000. That is where I learned all those crazy ideas about abuse of power, Honor, and a bunch of other things people the the Orders seem to have no knowledge of.

Did the NPO and TPF commit an act of unprovoked violation on the GPA and make it look like that alliance 'was asking for it'?

You guys picked and picked until you managed to find the smallest possible reason to attack the GPA. I saw it coming and believed your behavior was despicable. The fact that someone had the temerity to opt out of your little power structure was intolerable. You did your best to prevent a de-escalation of hostilities ie constantly flaming an alliance on an open forum and threatening ANYONE that spoke in the GPA's defense.
At least drop the hypocricy guys.

I apologized and two more NPO nations attacked me. Seems they did not accept my apology. No reason to grovel before obvious bully types.
I was perm zi from the moment I criticised the pre war NPO vs GPA policy. Just thought some people might be in a reasonable mood after the first round of three on one attacks.
My fault for assuming the NPO was not petty.

bullies have very simple needs. give them what they want respect, an honorable surrender, your lunch money etc, and they will let you go. Until the next time they need respect, your surrender, more lunch money etc.

EDIT: i would also like to point out that this also applies to people who are members of that white supremicist forum, stormfront or whatever ... just because they feel that way in RL, doesn't mean they should be hunted down in the game.
In CN there is only in game fascism. RL world fascism makes people feel all icky and dirty. By bashing on lamers declaring themselves to be white supremicists or what have you, the feelings of disgust at one's own personal actions is transferred.
Scapegoats and such. Seems appropriate in a way. When you know the history of scapegoats, like the philology of the term.
The need for external enemies is primary in the maintainence of a fascist or totalitarian system.

I was doomed from my need to have the FIRST word in regards to the NPO. The need to respond to the bully.

Could escalate? Ask the GPA about that. One of the stated justifications for war was internal GPA discussions regarding NPO flaming on the OWF.
Power means we can flame you, and if you reply in kind, your nation will be attacked and ANY other nation you create will be attacked.
Hard to justify that. Even using the twisted NPO sociopath logic. 'Look you are MAKING us zi your new nation' ' we HAD to find out who you were and issue a new zi order for you' 'There is no OOC or IC distinction'
Sorry that last one was mine. We would never hear such a direct statement from the NPO.

My antics came AFTER my alliance was repeatedly threathened and my leadership trolled and insulted by NPO goons. So the response, in your opinion, to bullying should be what?
The question is obsolete because it was answered as soon as I was attacked for a SECOND time without warning AND two more NPO nations had to jump in as well.
The question is not "does the NPO participate in wholesale tyrranny and injustice, but why do they feel the need to do so?"
Hopefully, in their minds it is not the sociopathic "because we can'. Although it probably is.
The NPO attacked the GPA for no greater reason than 'because we can'. I saw it coming, commented directly upon it with stark verbage, and was attacked while still a member of my former alliance.
I weathered the first storm of the bullies three on one, then tried to join a different alliance. AGAIN I was attacked without warning. I posted an apology, then two more nations jumped in.
Cowards attack in numbers and from ambush in response to perceived insults, DAYS, after the event. Honorable folk attack straight away, AFTER demanding an apology, and usually stop after receiving said apology.
I am using my situation to bring light to the lack of morality in most individuals here in CN. The group think that makes totalitarian regimes possible is VERY present here.
Say what you want about the GPA, at least there was a sense of morality, fair-play, and free thought.
Lastly, one is not allowed to spell the acronym for the National Socialist German Workers Party due to individual and group sensitivities. spell nazi on your bio...see what happens

If those with power regard your IC and OOC difference as irrelevent, it is irrelevent.
Power = Morality in CN. ie there is no morality and ergo no Honor in the CN-verse.

As for the small nation status, look at the opponents. One nation standing up against tyrranny.
All things relate from CN to RL, if one is a philosopher and concerned with absolutes and the like.
The NPO BY THEIR OWN ACCOUNT, makes no difference between comments made IC or OOC or ZI'ed nations born again under new colors. They do not differenciate, why should I when it comes to comparisons of immorality and the like? If a RL action has a parallel to a CN action, why should I not use it as a reference?
RL is sacrosanct when convienent, irrelevent when not. That ALSO is an essential part of the CN morality.

Again people are unable to make the distinction between RL and IC. Hence the permanent ZI thing where new nations are punished for the crimes of old.

Pulling out a dictionary reference doesn't take away the awful connotations of the word especially in Western Society. If you can't understand that then you are playing the wrong game. I tried apologizing and received two more attackers for my troubles. I was never offered terms or a pm stating that it is a permanent zi.
Had to learn that from my new alliance.
As for what helps after the fact, this is crap. NOTHING HELPS WHEN YOU CROSS THE NPO, cause the NPO are bullies that delight in causing grief and nothing else. I do not care now. I accepted the first assault and joined a new alliance. This was not enough to satisfy the wounded pride of the NPO higher ups. Sensitive lads aren't they. They came up wit ha system that works. Troll until someone responds then blame the victim for antagonism.
They did R+ape the GPA just as I said they would. All they do is spam the OWF with support for ANY ruling or trolling post. Propaganda just like Goebbles and his people or Stalin and his cronies. Sorry TPF if I leave you out, perhaps you are more hitler to the NPO stalin.
