"It is, given that the design would still need to be tested immediate delivery will not be required anyway. Would you happen to have an approximate price range of one vessel, sans engines?"

Rebecca frowned at hearing the price, and typed something on her calculator. Seeing that the price matched her initial estimates, she tapped the edge of the table with her pencil, running some more numbers in her mind.

- "Hmm... We'd need to allocate more budget to afford a number of units..."

OOC: Just checking since you're using my currency, but Ƶ 1,500,000.- would equal $ 1,184,160.50 irl... Was that what you intended? :)

"Oh, the standard set will do. All engines, plans and test results are considered a military state secret of Zargathia and will be considered classified state property, any eventual prototypes and calamities up to and including breaches of intelligence are considered your responsibility up until the moment of delivery and will be counted as a supplied unit in terms of payments, a guarantee period in case of production errors... The usual."

"HHmm... No, i believe that would be everything. Shall we get on to signing the actual treaty? I must confess my tendency to work on several matters at once has resulted in us getting sidetracked, my apologies."

Rebecca took a sip from her tea, noticing it was a good temperature now. As she was waiting for Wilkes' reply she would calmly drink her tea.

- "No, but i might have one that is easy to alter... One minute, if you will."

She got up, moving to the wall. After sliding away a hidden panel a computer screen came into view, and a brief moment of typing later Rebecca had managed to recall an old treaty and made the necessary alterations.

- "The feeling is mutual, i assure you."

Smiling, she brushed another lock of raven black hair out of her face while she printed out four copies of the document. Two for Wilkes and two for herself, one could never go wrong on having a reserve copy. As for her two copies, one would go into the Royal Archives while the other would be stored in the Royal Vaults for safekeeping. After all four had been signed, she motioned to Violet, who swiftly approached.

- "Unfortunately, I cannot join you myself as i have matters to attend to in Harbin, but if you wish to eat something before returning to Madurastan, please allow us to settle the bill."

She got up from her seat, waiting for Wilkes to do the same before escorting them to the door. They would all walk to the APCs together, but Rebecca and Larissa would get into a different APC and were headed in a different direction. Violet would remain with Wilkes up until the moment he left the country again, that was her responsibility. She would sit near the driver, looking at Wilkes as she waited on him to tell her what he wanted to eat.

Violet simply nodded, telling the driver to head to the station. From her stance it was clear that she wasn't all too talkative, but that had more to do with her personality than her impression of Wilkes. When they had arrived at the station she walked him to the train that had been waiting for them, the lines having already been cleared. It was obvious that the call to the station was made the moment they had left the building.

- "Have a nice journey, mr. Wilkes."

Her voice was soft, almost a whisper as she bowed to tell him goodbye. She would also offer to shake hands, not knowing what the custom was in Madurastan, but either way she would wait on the station until the train was out of view.

As the train faded from view, Violet turned around and calmly boarded the APC again. Sitting near the driver again, she told him where to go to.

- "Firing range."

With the amount of official visits she had been in charge of security of lately, she felt it had started to affect her skill. It was nothing a few hours on the field wouldn't be able to fix though.
