The Treaty of Tripoli

Preamble:

The Nations of the Caliphate of Libya and the Republic of Carthage have come together to sign this mutual defence pact as away to bring our nations closer together.

Non-Aggression:

The undersigned agree to not engage in any hostile acts against the other, nor sabotage the other sovereignty in anyway.

Intelligence:

The undersigned agree to share any information that they receive that may be of potential interest to the other.

Defence:

If one of the undersigned is attacked by a hostile force the other is to give any assistance required, whether it be financially or militarily.

Trade:

The undersigned agree to remove tariffs and encourage free trade between one another.

Termination:

If this treaty need be canceled 1 week (48hrs) notice is to be given.

Signed for the Caliphate of Libya:

Caliph Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan; Caliph of Libya, Emir of Cyrenaica, Emir of Tripolitania, Emir of Fezzan, Champion of Allah.

Signed for the Republic of Carthage:

President Hannibal Barcas; President of the Republic.

May Allah smile on this treaty for eternity.
