All over these threads anti-NPOers have stated that NPO deserves what that got for what they have done in the past when they were in the 'drivers seat". Given that; I am willing to bet NpO, Fan, Gato, etc. get none of the reparations if an agreement is ever reached.

Therefore to actually be Karma they need to restore those wronged the most by the NPO. To continue to bring it up as justifications for these stiff terms with no reciprocal restoration to those wronged- is wrong. Restore Gato,Fan and all the others with this tech and money and these draconian terms will have my support. Otherwise change your name to Revenge and drop the Karma.
