It should work,since it is a public channel.It should work,unless you were banned,but even then you can rejoin in a couple of minutes.Ive had this problem too,it wont load the channel when i enter /join #channel

It was a joke. My alliance is enemies with the Order. I can't get in there, because anyone from Vox is on an Auto kick list.

Ah ok. My alliance Soldier is a protectorate of an ally to NPO. So,we are allowed entry.

Everyone is allowed entry. Except Vox. And a few notable others.
