I send you 2 millions, you send me 50 tech, a.s.o. I know, there's cheaper tech, but in this way I saw that I haven't to look out so much for it, and I'm a bit lazy in these things. I'm interested in getting 2 partners for this. And... I'll choose not necessarily the fastest to respond - as I prefer to trade with nations in alliances I've some friendships in.
