Resources: Aluminum: Kharcoff Coal: Scoica2 Gold:President Che Iron: Marble: Oil: OprahDust Rubber: Kharcoff Lumber: 'Scoica2 Lead: OprahDust Cattle: Psyphet Uranium: Psyphet (Other)(Sugar): President Che Bonus resources will be: -Construction -Asphalt -Steel -Automobiles -Microchips -Radiation Cleanup -Scholars (if your nation's literacy is 90% or above.) Other bonuses/benefits: Happiness Bonus: +6.5 Technology cost: -15% Soldier Efficiency: +38% Soldier Purchase Cost: -$6.00 / soldier Soldier upkeep cost: -$.50 / soldier Infrastructure purchase cost: -42% Infrastructure upkeep cost: -28% Land purchase cost: -20% Purchased land area: +35% Aircraft purchase cost: -16% Aircraft upkeep cost: -25% Aircraft limit: +10 Number of citizens: +5% Citizen daily income: +3.00 Cruise missile purchase cost: -20% Cruise missile upkeep cost: -20% Nuclear weapon purchase cost: -20% Nuclear weapon upkeep cost: -20% Tank purchase cost: -8% Tank upkeep cost: -18% Environmental penalty for owning nuclear weapons: -50% Navy Vessel purchase cost: -30% Navy vessel upkeep cost: -45% Sold land value: x3 ($100 to $300) Environment: +2 Global Radiation: -50% Special note for nuclear weapons capable nations: This circle includes Uranium (provided by me.) Nations wishing to join this trade circle must meet the following requirements: Must have at least two of the aforementioned resources. The only exception will apply to ONE nation who has at least one of the aforementioned resources and one other resource. Again, only ONE nation will be exempted from the requirement since the 12th resource is a wildcard. All other nations must have at least two resources that have not been taken by someone else. Furthermore, all participating nations must have a harbor. If you do NOT have a harbor but are MOST DEFINITELY interested in participating in this trade circle, message me in-game and I can hook you up with the money to do so. When posting, please include the following: Nation Name: Nation Ruler: Trade 1: Trade 2: Nation link: Please be willing to stay in the circle! We all know (or I at least hope most know) how frustrating it is to lose a trade. Bonuses disappear and a lot of money can be lost! If you join this circle and decide at some point to leave, please give at least a weeks notice so that the remaining members can try to find someone to fill your spot! P.S. It'd be great if the wildcard could either be Fish or Wheat for the citizen bonus... P.S.S. Current PROPOSED color is Black. Any other ideas?
