Now that you have the money, buy 100 tech and spend the rest of the money on your development. Each aid transaction lasts 10 days, then it expires, once it does, you send the first 50 tech. Then after the next 10 days, you send the second 50 tech. Then the cycle starts over. Basically it operates in segments every 10 days. This business between us will bring us Co-prosperity.
