Tulak Lord Posted October 19, 2008 Report Share Posted October 19, 2008 (edited) Knights of Aragon Preamble: Section I: Triumvirate Triumvirate members can be removed from power by 2/3 triumvirate members and 3/6 Elder Council members or by the Royal lord and 5/6 of the Elder Council voting to do so. Section II: Lords Lords can be removed from power by at least 2/3 Triumvirate members or by the Royal lord and 1 Triumvirate member voting to do so. Section III: Squires and Serfs These members may be removed by 3/6 Lords or by the any 1 Triumvirate member or the Royal Lord. Article IV: Voting Section I: Treaties, Amendments, and Bills All treaties, new articles, and bills must be voted on by the Triumvirate, Royal Lord, and Elder Council. Each members vote is equal. The Triumvirate may pass anything without the consent of the Elder Council or Royal Lord by a 3/3 vote by the Triumvirate. All votes must be cast within 120 hours after the time the treaty, article, or bill was proposed. Section II: Cancellation of Treaties, Amendments, and Bills At anytime the Triumvirate or Elder Council may cancel a treaty, article, or law. Each members vote is equal. The Triumvirate may cancel anything without the consent of the Elder Council with a 3/3 vote by the Triumvirate. Article V: Aiding/Tech raiding Only members of the KoA who have passed the KoA Training Academy will be allowed to tech raid. Members may not raid red nations, nuclear capable nations, or nations in alliances. All raids must be approved by a Triumvirate Member or The Royal Lord. No member may send aid to members of other alliances without the consent of a Triumvirate Member or The Royal Lord. All nations who break this rule will be forced to pay reps and may be kicked out of the KoA. Article VI: DoW's and Peace Agreements Section I: DoW Any Triumvirate member or the Royal Lord may request a DoW at anytime. To issue a DoW the Triumvirates and the Royal Lord will have equal say on the matter. This process is only necessary if the alliance that will be attacked has 5 or more members. In the event an alliance doesn't have 5 or more members then anyone of the Triumvirates or the Royal Lord may issue a DoW. Section II: Peace Agreements Any one of the Triumvirate Members may issue peace agreement however without the signature of all three Triumvirate Members the peace agreement is not valid unless one of the Triumvirate Members will not be available within 48 hours in which the Royal Lord would sign in place of that triumvirate member. Article VII: Validation This charter is only valid once signed by the all of the Triumvirate Members.
