Want to be rest assured that your nation will be well protected? Or perhaps you just want to surround yourself with crazy, randomly insane people. We at the Alliance of Powerful Penguinz want to keep the game of CN what it was originally meant to be- fun. This is why we do not stress forum activity, or changing team colors, or having entrance exams or trials. We'll take you JUST the way you are, no matter how demented As incentives for new members, we do offer financial aid and whatever positive advice we can give you to help your nation :] Also- limited time offer- as we have very few members atm, due to our recent forming, the next 3 members to join will be guaranteed a spot on our government. [Also requires very little time and effort ] Anyway, here is our charter We, the noble penguinz of the Alliance of Powerful Penguinz hereby:1.) Strive to create and uphold friendly global relations; 2.) Make friendz; 3.) Take over the world, one palm tree at a time; 4.) Promote the use of nuclear weapons, and other weapons of mass destruction such as: -evil pink fuzzeh bunneh minions - rainbows - hannah montana cds D: 5.) Declare that sour patch kids are amazing and will FOREVER be amazing. 6.) Complaining, cursing, and general bad attitudes are strictly banned and will henceforth result in banning of alliance membership. Our Government will be loosely run, as to eliminate some of the tension that builds up w/ major elections and such, so here is the general plan: Head Penguin Dictators(HPD)- there will be 2, along w/ an assistant (aHPD). These will be the founders, and after we get more members, we may vote to elect others in the future. They will generally handle major alliance matters, and have the power to: 1.) Declare War 2.) Declare Peace 3.) Accept new members 4.) Ban members via forums and or irc on a case by case basis 5.) Appoint ministers when we do not have elections. Ministers: 1.) Financial Shtuff (MoFS)- do all the financial junk and shtuff XD 2.) Internal Shtuff(MoIS)- jobs mainly handled by the HPDs, but we'll find a use for them somehow tongue.gif 3.)
