As I said, aims to create a more level playing field. This would be set in place for the next tournament unless people wanted it for this one. Also, we now have 16 teams. Registration will remain open for 24 more hours. If more teams come in, each team will be randomly assigned a number between 1 and 100. The teams with the lowest numbers (if we got one more team, the lowest two, etc.) will play in a "play-in". Unless, of course, we get 16 more teams signing up.
