Here are the BR's: Affleunt Population Jewlery Microchips Scholars Steel And here's the stats: Income: +13% Citizens: +19.1% Happiness: +14 Infra Cost: -16% Tech cost: -12.6% Land cost: -14.5% Land bonus: +15% Enviroment: - Env.
